Amnesty International: Please Fact Check Hamas Before Heartstringing Their Vicious Circle.

It's true that I sometimes support Amnesty International in re matters such as Troy Davis, and the recent Write-A-Thon re global political prisoners, but each time I add my voice, it's on my own inquiries into the facts as best I am able to do. I do not whitewash or act tour de force for Amnesty International, the GOP, Democrats, or any other party(ies).
Today, an email PSA from Amnesty International asks that recipients email USA Secretary of State Rice immediately, asking her to quote " Pressure Israel and Palestinian armed groups to cease attacks on civilians, Demand an end to Israel's disproportional response, Urge Israel to open the crossings to let humanitarian aid in ". Missing is any mention whatsoever of ANY Hamas history or recitation yet another cold attack by Hamas began Israeli actions...too, Amnesty forgot to mention that first, Israel did all it could to notify civilians to evacuate areas prior to military action.

A manifestly accurate representation of the Hamas background can currently be read at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamas ; note after reading that the goal of Hamas is the destruction of ISRAEL...not just as a State created by the United Nations in 1948, as represented at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israel , but as a religion which is longest known as the antion of Israel, presumptively meaning that even if Israel's State were erased, Jews worldwide would still be targeted for being born that way.

I appreciate that Amnesty International has accomplished a lot for many people. But pretending only the USA should be involved, worse, as if it were a puppet-master of autonomous Israel as Hamas and Qaeda purport, creates an undue stigma for ANY USA President...Amnesty should ask the United Nations, which formally chartered Israel as a State in the first place, for more comprehensive treatment of genocide groups like Hamas, rather than treat them as "different than Darfur, as Janjaweed kills Muslims, and Hamas does too but only means to kill Jews, anyway".

An organization is only as credible as the limit of mouths out of which it speaks...and a bad reputation could begin to attach to ANYONE Amnesty thereafter seeks to aid. On this one, Amnesty has mis-calculated in hopes of bringing peace...by its own oaths and history, Hamas is dedicated to killing first Jews then anyone else it afterwards feels oats against; to suggest that pretending Israel is a monster and Hamas so sweet to Arabs and non-Arabs, in this case, is like saying "won't we help WWII and Germans by insisting Berlin and Hamburg never be bombed, and ask Auschwitz guards to please not burn Jews, Germans, Gypsies, allied troop prisoners, gays, priests, et al so much any more, or we'll call them names in media and letter campaigns, period".

The exterminator jacboot mentality...whever and whenever found...always thrives on submerging manifest populations, then employing and recruiting and spewing propoganda in support of those miscreants so devoid of humanity, they chomp at the bit to have a nice uniform, office, and ability to kill anyone scott-free. Obviously, for the betterment of the Mid East, and the longest term safety from transnational terrorism globally, the better road seems to seek world governments acting together to meet a dynamic too big for any single one, the dynamic of States which shelter terrorists (Pakistan, e.g.), advocate genocide as absolute need or progress shall never come (Darfur, Iran, Syria, e.g.), or both.

Bush Team Natters About Blago, But Israel Ably Copes With Terror Sans Anti-Muslim Invidiousness.

I am a USA national and traditional Conservative (non-neocon); I strongly believe in all human rights, including the right to responsibly exist.

While I defend adamantly the right of responsible, peaceful participation and ideation in localized and global democracies, there is no way I can countenance support for ANY nature of anarchy, whether it be USA anti-abortion bombers like Army Of God, or al-Qaeda, or the KKK, or neo-Nazis, ad infinitum through Hamas.

I for one find it disappointing that under Bush, my nation has failed to include or produce better results against such terror...in fact, overlooking Army of God sending white powder many times after 2001, funding militants in Somalia, and of course famously funding Pakistan's government non obstante same's coddling of Qaeda and anti-India terror groups.

Wherefore, I wholly support Israel in taking the initiative to disrupt actual, bona fide terror in the geo-politically intended definition of same...in my opinion, they are helping not only Isreal, but perhaps the USA, European Union, Russia, and any other nation which has lost innocent people to the power-plays of amorphous totalists buoyed by terror "loose cannons".

Again, I am grateful to Israel for its role in protecting not only its own State, but the world, and look forward to Isreal being brought into global dialogues which could better pinpoint that when you hit a hitman, you're hitting a criminal enterprise, not an ethnicity, race, or religion.

The most people of earth don't want ANYBODY killing for them, and I believe that more light needs to be shed on the fact one cannot claim "political differences" due to mere fact one is of this or that persuasion(s), even if they kill their own too, somehow they then have "rights" blocking capture/trial, while then some stereotype relevant persuasion(s) as "reasons" for expanding Gestapo/KGB-like powers over everyday citizens.

This Conservative Wishing All Of Goodwill On Earth A Happy New Year!

I myself don't get into, say, LARP, or anything frenetic like that; however, many I've known say that if I were a fictional character, I would be most akin to the 1967 Prisoner 'Number Six' ala http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_EphiSit9Yo ( I guess partly because of my experiences and demeanor, and mostly as I lifelong agree with the sentiment the show was trying to espouse re resisting totalism ala "premise" ephemera at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prisoner ).

It is in the spirit of bringing TRADITIONAL USA Conservative (i.e., non-neocon) perspective to ALL integral circumstances, regardless of which political party or person or nation advances or appears unfairly snubbed re same, that I have been doing this blog just over one year...I believe that most of us on earth aren't killers or miscreants, don't engage in such activities, want those who do contained, and in all cases governments to simply follow their own purposes for being and their Constitutions; the rest should be diplomatic and democratic exchanges of ideas and creativity leading the world ever-onward and upward.

With such hopes for the new President, Congress, and Year, I wish all people of good will on earth a happy and prosperous and hope-fulfilled new year...and for those such as the ACLU and Amnesty International involve themselves over, I further offer the encouragement that even crusty Conservatives within the USA are pulling for them.

BlagoGate Drones On, Stays Mum On Court Estoppels/Reparations To Be Sought.

Remember a few decades ago the popular phrase "the devil made me do it"? Today, and I don't mean to drone on and on re one point...it's just that most USA media and pols insist all heed go to this subject, the catchphrase for those necessarily admitting they themselves WERE naughty seems to be "Blagojevich made me do it!".

It's indeed fascinating to watch how an initial ex rel USDOJ complaint transmogrifies in media like WSJ inter alia, day one, into "indictment"; just as terms like USA national/voter/terrorist questioning public policy slosh playfully together under an actual DHS plan which puts ALL from infrastructure to SBA under aegis of the President, it seems today you can use "indictment" as if on grand jury hearing and issuance, even if you only mean "you know, the complainant is making 'indictment' of the Blago administration like a film maker makes 'indictment' of a social issue via a movie".

Then, again recapping here, all sorts of folks boogey up to the dancefloor, saying how much lucre they've been making as a result of monopolistic influence granted not by the DHS Chart President's deign, but by a comparatively mere Governor in a party opposite the DHS President and most of those spieling in media and elsewhere; of course, such folks insist they want immunity from CRIMINAL LIABILTY for the specific actus rea they allegedly swear they did, i.e. no prison time simple, and of course they should be excused as salty lofty players from producing much in the way of hard evidence which necessarily should exist and be conclusive of alleged gubernatorial "armtwisting"...i.e., these power players should be looked at as poor waifs trembling as they bravely speak of some bad man's controlling nature.

But to paraphrase Harry Callahan again, we've lost track of a salient in all this excitement. Oh, bosh re all those hinky pardons Bush wants to "pre-emptively" issue for his Cabinet members; no, I mean does anyone else notice not much about how prosecutors will seek Executive and Judicial Orders estopping this or that activity(ies) allegedly bribed for is mentioned; who says they'll seek to bar naughty but immune singing little birdies for a period or life from participating in government contracts; shall anything be done to remedy revenues, dubious collection/loan actions, or even jobs  "lost" due to "improprieties Blago made" them do? You get the idea.

Presently, it looks like the last thing anybody wants is a public trial of Rod Blagojevich, as if the Court were somehow very, very dicey for media and pols excited to severly prejudice the Defendant's rights with such public innuendo; even if the Illinois Legislature votes to remove Blago, or any Governor, though they may cite without hearings at which the Governor is present, they don't need to do more than say a majority of both Houses doesn't want someone as a Governor...period, no excuses ever REQUIRED. That adds no "proof" to simple hearsay and innuendo, and I say should therefore not responsibly be touted as invidious matter against Blagojevich through his Court trial conclusion, nor should anyone not "nabbed" having or immediately attempting blunt quid pro quo transfer(s) be slammed just for being consulted on interim vacancy appointments, or else we could see a slew of public officials in the USA charged for just not privately and by oneself picking a name out of hat full of every name in every phone book.

Why Should Rahm Emmanuel Or Anyone Else Resign?

Just want to say I find it inane of Bush, neocons, and media to interpose that just because Rahm Emmanuel and Obama talked with Blagojevich immediately after election as to who should replace Obama, this is de facto, prima facie, and controlling proof of ANYTHING in itself, other than the lunacy of those who actually push it and imply four MORE years of neocon rule and Bush rights and economy would have led to greatness and uber-national security...which "dadgum, corrupt Democrat folks are lousin' up!".

Plenty of Governors and such ask around and consider opinions when making vacancy appointments of Judges, Senators, et al...how does merely doing so de facto and perfectly constitute actus rea proving impropriety?

I will NOT promulgate against Obama, Emmanuel, Blagojevich, or anyone else based on the self-serving twaddle of neocons scrambling to remain important "or else!"...about time we all start holding our ground when political smackdown  and PSYOPS artists pounce.

Obama Faith Bridges Should Transcend Leaders Of Neocon Pseudo-Theologies.

I was glad to see posted to change.gov Obama's earlier stance on faith; in the Christian strands, and limited to issue of God's universality, the old Roman Catholic Archbishop Fulton John Sheen, Baptist Harvey G. Cox, and Lutherans Martin Luther (q.v., "The Three Walls" part of Luther's "An Appeal To The Ruling Class Of Germany For The Amelioration Of The State Of Christendom", 1520 AD) and Dietrich Bonhoeffer (AD 20th Century) need to be reflected upon, as they all spoke to the universality of one God...as Sheen said of the whole world we shouldn't seek melding of governments just meeting of people reflecting on God; said Lutherans also said incarnation of Christ perfectly joined God to all mankind without need for ANY religion othe than Christ's rather simple and COMPLETE "directions".

Of course, anyone familiar with Christ's sayings themselves, and I charge this against anyone wearing a collar on precept He is God, has to know even Christ said no one disciple can ever be "better" than another, that ALL people on earth who simply do God's will as Christ might define are Christ's brothers and sisters, and for those not into Baptisms or listening to Christ, Christ Himself in John inter alia asks His Father to not destroy such people but still protect them from the evil one.

Christ Himself also doesn't sound like much of a hair splitter on many people other than any nature of hypocrite...which even then are to be left alone by man's hands but are warned of one day meeting God for explanation at judgment...again, something like any nature of Calvinism or Calvinsit-like "better you than me" seems to be not Christ's idea, since He says God will judge the heart not the physical person...and Christ makes no mentions about sexuality either. You could also say there's nothing about a DIVINE Christ that would find Him "visiting most bestes buddy preacher folk" in non-parousia ways to "amend what He plumb forgot back when"...by implication of divinity, Christ cannot be "known" more "perfectly" by Benedict XVI, Jimmy Swaggart, Tony Perkins, me, or anyone else.

Again, this July I myself switched to the Universal Life Church, and enjoy its social issue and universality worldview. It's refreshing to see a man like Obama emerge, to the view of Buckley Conservatives such as myself, from an imagined totalist atheist spectre to a visage of a man better understanding most assorted religions better than many of their own government-installed, or government-pressured, or self-serving  clergy do.

Insofar as faith initiatives, like Buckley I say government and charity do best with lives of their own; however, I trust whatever new pathways Obama will decide upon re faith in his Presidency...there are plenty of voluntarily "unchurched" millions in the USA, mainly as they are tired of decades of advancing political psyops under guise of true original faith, and really, government should not restrict survival of peaceful religions to those best able to channel the spirit of Sigmund Freud rather than the Holy Spirit.

Happy New Year, Despite Pastors And Blago Fishing Expeditions.

It seems Obama has picked another Pastor the Left allegedly abhors; to be sure, it's never a great thrill to see someone who thinks his critics be gassed get a plumb, but you know what? Actually, it's teh ultra-right who worries...the latest pick is actually a moderate Pastor who at least is FOR civil benefits to same sex couples if not civil unions...might be a bridge builder, one hopes.

As for poor Rod Blagojevich, well, no grand jury action first, just media bogarting...now ILGOP wants to have impeachment hearings in hopes THEY can say double-hearsay or LESS is "cause", so go get 'em and lickspittle 'Bama, Bushlackies!

Actually, it would seem if an impeachment based on words like Oak Brook businessmen...Oak Brook in DuPage County where Blago 2006 GOP opponent Joe Birkett is STILL States Attorney and wouldn't prosecute his Oak Brook pals on a dime himself, as long as they share lucre and blame others while keeping it on immunity...impeded BLAGO's rights, let alone quality of Fed case inquiries, such impeachment should wait until a COURT has decided re Blago.

Happy New Year with hopes of change, media/pol malarkey and distractions aside.

When Auto-Opposing Obama Itself Becomes Marginalized Activity.

No matter how Obama came to be President, the fact remains a majority of Americans polled expects he and the next Congress will do things which return the USA to what they perceive to be normalcy; indeed, Obama has not yet proposed anything wildly Leftist.

But you look today at Grassfire, Family Research, We The People, and still today all you see is exhortation to auto-oppose Obama on composite grounds "he is not a citizen, emboldens terrorists, will wreck a humming economy, and will do all kinds of Socialist things...you wait and see!".

Obviously, these voices are not among those polling in the majority of expectancy of change to the positive...and remain the same voices chanting the same as ever that from government-funded Calvinist religiosity which portrays "remaindermen of the day" as chosen by God for continued income/asset valuations so turn your backs on immigrants and nationals then "vessels of wrath" or "stingy" or whatever malarkey, to "stay or courses OR ELSE!", anything that varies from their dogmatic implementations will only lower expectations from "the annointed".

Such voices say rights need not inure to anyone if their bailor-in-chief, funder-in-chief, or commander-in-chief says so, and that anything that's been done was collateral loss or cutting of brush in the case of anyone they themselves availed of Socialist-like eminent domains and other programs to find solutions for.

No, it doesn't seem credible that in a country where eminent domain of a few Churches is truly coincidence to voluntary mass non-attendance, a "Moral Majority" spoken for by government-sponsored faith strands can truly be fabricated as a secular basis for policy as if widely held views were being accomodated; no, it doesn't seem likely God wants us all dropping everything to pay for the healthcare of every person on earth, instead of relying on His own powers and grace to us to show us how to heal, so His plan for our producitve family life can be shared ...which oddly would be Socialism but for proposals healthcare companies given bailout-style monopolies would be sole providers; no, when one sells that more folks cut out means more for the day's remaindermen, too many people or something, it doesn't sound credible that same-sex activity or abortion is really of all that concern to such voices, except maybe where a fatcat's son might not be "manly" enough to take over a fiefdom, or some "barracuda" wife uses childbearing against a honcho's vaults.

And indeed, at present, these are the same voices which don't appear to be the direction most folks approve of any more, at least insofar as what these voices further have been claiming is right for opulent growth in personal economies, let alone re religious or social service and justice interpretations.

Myself, I find that about the only "Socialism" Obama or Congress could even be theortically envisioned as one day entertaining would be nationalization of the gasoline industry, given that today neocons insist it makes no difference if no link to the rest of the economy's health or USA military security can be shown, or if anyone can afford high-priced vehicles, or if like all other bailouts auto jobs are still lost...per neocons, we MUST bail the auto makers so it at least looks like vehicles are being made with expectation of sales, so oilmen can raise pump prices "to encourage all the conservation of fuel we need"...and even if then more jobs are lost due to high fuel costs.

This is why I respectfully submit it couldn't hurt to let neocons prate on, and later give Obama and Congress a chance to move America forward, since right now it appears to lie in the nature that "neocon economic totalism is complaining that somebody who'd de-monopolize it would be guilty of totalism and therefore shouldn't be listened to".

Bail Auto Makers To Support Future Global Gas Spikes Or Be Called Names?

I recall, back in the 1980's somewhere, some in the Bush League implying Islamic terror re the West was most usually plied via OPEC; I do not say it's true or not, just that such was partisan politics then.

I recall, back in the 1980's, a man by the name of John Hinckley (q.v., e.g., http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Hinckley_Jr. ) gunned down President Reagan, and then Vice President George Herbert Walker Bush ("41") chomped to take over the plenary powers of the Presidency...and Mr. Hinckley, inner circle type of the Bush family, has always gotten the kid-glove treatment.

I recall that throughout the George Walker Bush Presidency ("43"), same has said it uses planted/stagecraft news events for whatever reason(s); it says it has hardcore evidence against GITMO detainees and separate politicians, but that trial isn't that necessary in ANY venue for GITMO types and that pols are best tried by slamming in media also looking to be bailed out or "all you'll get is our aider of those slapping at you until you cave"; the same Bush has said his plenary funding to Iraq and Pakistan are about all that keep them going, even if Pakistan admits using Qaeda for its own purposes and grows sites where Mumbai (inter alia?) attack planners can concentrate; the same Bush team constantly invents new reasons why if anyone questions his Presidency at all about anything, they are or are emboldening terrorists; and now it appears Bush had a foreign reporter just sashay into a "secret farewell" to Iraq which press knew about, throw his shoes at Bush, and the neocon grapevine chants "terrorist, if you criticize a Commander In Chief again attacked by an Islamic hothead IN IRAQ!!!!!!!!!!!!".

By coincidence, today it's USA media buzz that Bush wants to use the plenary Presidential powers to bail out an auto industry Congress AS WELL AS AND SEPARATELY FROM the People don't want bailed out; worse, Bush just told us the other month TARP would save our economy and a penny less as TARP spends sends jobs and homes into the abyss, yet now he wants to use TARP funds for it...like somehow that's belt-tightening.

Well, this Conservative agrees with Lefties like Levin and Righties like Ensign and Corker...there is no reason(s) demonstrated why the consuming global let alone USA public yet could be expected to purchase or even need as many vehicles as such TARP-twisting infers in theory; surely, one hopes this isn't some ploy in the nature of "our Commander In Chief was attacked with shoes ala Random Task in Austin Powers, another international man of mystery, this proves need to preserve tool-up military use of auto plants despite base and recruitment center closures...and hey, only a free-trade hating, anti-democracy terrorist of some stripe or Socialist would fail to support oilmen making huge pump profits again, what with all the zillions of vehicles that surely will now roll onto the globe...hey, ask Hayek, increased demand means increased costs to keep up...heh, heh, heh".

For the record, if there IS evidence to cook GITMO folks or otherwise cook Federal Defendants in everyday matters, get them to a trial pronto, and ask the maximum penalties if any are found guilty, otherwise release whoever is just "media stagecraft"; also, why did Bush let Iraq hold the goofy reporter, when it's obvious he DID in front of zillions of viewers actually at least try to commit aggravated battery on a USA official...shouldn't that be a matter of USA sovereignty, or at least collateral sovereignty; and maybe, like he says GITMO DOES have real benefits in fighting anything at all, there is a reason(s) tethered to sense that the automakers need a bailout.

But at present, I respectfully submit more re benefits to personal economies needs to be more fully explained, rather than relying on the opinion only of one man and those he pays or funds, can reach through media attacks, or both.

Would GITMO Progress, Non-Bailouts Really End USA Security And USA Economy?

We know that recently, neocons have tried to submerge other traditional Conservatives with the likes of inferring gays, atheists, and perhaps the vast number of unchurched are the "next" in terrorism; we don't why yet, but one assumes this is because if say one Ay-rab or Muzz-Lim commits an infernal act(s), obviously then their entire collectivity is to be invidiously treated because...what with the poor economy and all...obviously EVERYBODY might be working together, simply sending ahead "front-man test actors", which is why we let such folks wander around to see where they lead, including to possibly fake vital statistic records, folks who fall for spam "Nigerian 419" 'commission job'/lottery/inheritance scams, who knows...and never you mind why say the Army of God  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Army_of_God_(USA) , which has been known to do violence to abortion clinics and workers, does NOT attach to each and every religious or other person in the USA who does not like abortion.

Actually, at least when it comes to their own, neocons can see...quite properly...that their entire base and target media audiences globally are NOT to be presumed as a "mafia" likely supporting the acts of a few loose cannons. Naturally, that extends to ANY collective(s) not prima facie formed or naturally occurring to BE armies or criminal enterprises; in the case of GITMO, and just how many Islamic terrorists are there Bush or Chertoff would have be detained, when, from where? Even Amnesty International seems correct to say set all GITMO cases for whatever trials, chips fall as they may for defendants, or release them; just GITMO the way it stands obviously hasn't done much to stem nations like Pakistan from using captured Qaedans et al to destabilze(?) Pashtun Afghanis, or look too hard for anti-India terrorists in Pakistan while receiving USA foreign aid...more seems necessary from the current White House in re what GITMO prisoners do, why GITMO is SO instrumental in the war on terror. It may be, but opinion evidence seems worn threadbare at present...with BUSH insistance all along of open borders not even Ramos or Compean should have defended against even drug lords "valuable"(?) to Mexico and Bush, as BRAC ( http://www.brac.gov/ ) marches on.

As to bailouts, come on! Even GOP Governor Perry (R-TX) and Governor Sanford (R-SC) were on FOX together the other day saying the era of leveraged everything HAS to end...this applies to all from Tribunes to stock markets to auto makers and beyond, and it's not just a Left, Center, Right position, is it? Likely, it's because folks get laid off even when their employer IS bailed, and this simply adds to the vast majority already not able to afford whatever in the first place, thus making "will hurt jobs, worsen YOUR personal economy if I don't write my own ticket and take YOUR cash to pay it" sound awfully tinny. Maybe there is a reason(s) this or that bailout(s) did or should occur, but like GITMO, the "whys" need some more polishing.

One hopes neocons will stop making ALL Conservatives look silly, and do better with why staying all courses is cost-effective, grows personal economies with less insecurity for little people and big people alike, and is most likely to keep neutered jihadists and others who think Allah or whatever God(s) want(s) some people killed or maimed who don't listen to "clergy who know that and have God's gift of relevant sheep and goat discernments". In the meantime, let's at least give Obama and the new Congress the same chance we have all 43 Presidents and all Congresses before them...so we HAVE something to support or criticize that MIGHT then be relevant to all of us?

In that spirit of fairness, I myself presently find I can find nothing wrong yet with Obama's latest thought on change re the economy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11gmqODMX44&eurl=http://change.gov/newsroom/entry/secretary_of_housing_and_urban_development_announced_in_weekly_address/

The Silliness Of Calling Gays Handmaids To Terrorism.

Okay, let’s try to balance right-wing (actually, amorphous neocon ) Christmas gay bashing hysteria with reality…or more likely, at least let the vast majority of folks know what’s being said.

To start, one neocon voice has recently claimed that Washington State atheists are tantamount to Osama bin Laden because they dare to have a Constitutional right to NOT believe in ANY deity(ies) whatsoever; it appears the atheist group simply wants to have a “disclaimer” adjacent to Nativity scenes on public property…if you can’t stand that, don’t agree with them…just like atheists simply can look at your crèche and pass on. Story currently at http://www.gopusa.com/commentary/guest/2008/fmb_12131.shtml .

Notice that most neocon yappers deal exclusively in emotionalism over, say, RESULTS: “When we hit Afghanistan, our economy will recover”; “When we remove Saddam, our economy will recover”; “When we delete Tom DeLay, our economy will recover”; “When we delete Rod Blagojevich, our economy will recover”….you get the idea.

When it comes to neocons now emotionalizing over atheists, well, how much “influence” would these folks have without neocon objectivists engaging 24/7 hammer-time money to scare us with (note, the ONLY kind of “jobs” they seem to create…or KEEP). Perhaps neocons fear their grip on dogmatic Pavlovistic control via auto-God-pilot is slipping; no, there’s still a difference between atheism and agnosticism/apathy…you can still believe in God (as many of the hundreds of millions “unchurched” on Sundays now do), but be turned off by Calvinisms such as “all people in Africa or Asia live in huts”, or “almost all Muslims are nomads and killers”,  or “all Latinos are but Mexicans living in mud”, or “all but the most useless American nationals have plenty and should share THEIR wealth with the rest of these global hut-dwellers, even if the USA already for decades gives foreign aid to their leaders”…again, you get the idea.

Such Calvinism is most odious when it preaches “God is NOT punishing this or that nationality through their being in the same boat as those in say America, but God IS punishing or viewing as a plaything vessel of wrath gays, or Americans, or whoever needs to do as benefits government leaders globally”; note that many of these preachers in every faith are the government-installed or faith-initiative/funded types, and would never suggest THEY need to give up a mansion (as many USA Cardinals live in), limousines, platinum cufflinks, what have you. In a word, listening to such stereotypings and commandments for sharing, if following ipse dixit preachers’ own words, self-proves that doing things their way for decades accomplishes nothing more than continuation of the status quo they claim they’re trying to defeat…and for those believing in “vessels of wrath God destroys anyway”, how do THEY know their God isn’t sending them for pronto destruction via some abortions, which they oppose?

Sorry for that last one…but it carries another dynamic: it would seem not atheists, but uber-right pan-Christian Calvinists are the ones with fundamentalist, “God tells us who to destroy” Laden-like emboldenment.

Which brings me to conclude that recent neocon efforts to hook up homosexuality with abetting terrorism (q.v., e.g., http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/colson-gay-marriage-causes-terrorism , http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/fill-blank-gays-are ) are just an extension of pure emotionalism tethered to no reality(ies) except to perpetuate the influence over the minds and pocketbooks of people by neocons; the only “results” their troupe as President and once majority Congress brought was emotionalism to distract from attention they were themselves doing everything they could in opposition to what they emotionally screamed and promised.

Sure…gays are more an aid to terrorists than calling Pakistan, which for some time has housed the USA UN Permanent Mission of Iran in the USA Embassy of Pakistan, a “let them be, do as see fit partner in war on terror”…even when under Mushareff they admitted using Qaeda well post 2003 to “destabilize” Pashtun chiefs, and then speaking of Mumbai… .

We’ve heard just about everything an American can conceive of doing or saying be tacked on as an “aider of terrorism”; if we sacrifice our intentions of change with the new Congress and President and fall for making gay life the end-all/be-all definition of the legislative/executive calendar, we’ll be chasing our tails, opening the door to further claims like State/County-issued vital record abstracts are “renditionable/say-so detainable non-proof of anything”, and see little if any change to anything; now, who would that benefit, heh heh heh?

If Only Bush Slammed ALL Bad Pols And Foreign Leaders Like His Own Opponents.

Man, if Bush slammed all folks poked at invidiously, Pakistan might have been called a partner in State terrorism, rather than Bush's best buddy in fighting the real terrorists as seen in...and known only to ... the minds of folks like Bush and Mushareff; if Bush moved like the new sheriff in town tellin' you whut, there wouldn't be a pol from Blago to DeLay or a company from Enron to cruddy credit reporters who'd have dared muck up anything.
I know it's so compelling to some to demand controversy and the downfall and total stoppage of implementation of ANYTHING Obama or a Democrat Congress will do...in fact, neocon sites are emailing me today to announce renewed Court efforts to say Obama or anyone else with a State or County abstract of a vital record has no proof of citizenship or any rights thereof; same goes for being called "married", an odd position for those obsessed with opposing same-sex marriage; maybe they just mean people they approve of or deign necessary should be allowed to live here or be married or reproduce, period.

But whooping up that the world BETTER assume facts not in evidence against Blagojevich because, you see, GOP always WANTED to do right by everyone but the DEMOCRAT culture of corruption stopped them (for eight years mind you, plus what COULD DeLay and Bush pals do but try to out-lucre Dems, one supposes as GOP counterpoint); whooping up that you're GOING to make people hate Obama as a non-Calvinist-ordained member of society, and by extension making renditionable anybody with a State abstract; and saying the words of GOP and supportive neocons BETTER be enough for you to sidestep trials if they accuse you...what great theatre, but does all that "venting allowed to the common prole masses" actually change ANYTHING?

It's good to know that in the opinion of Bush, Rod Blagojevich is the sole and exclusively corrupt leader of all the globe's evils, including terrorism and the election of an "enemy alien" as President, and has caused everyone from Tom DeLay to Andy Mckenna's corporate sponsors to Enron to whatever you readers don't like...see, THAT's why Bush HASN'T possibly renditioned properly, over-detained, whatever, because he and his foreign allies in the war on terror have been doing right due to their primary duty to distribute wealth and even mere social equity as God intended...durn Democrats, and ask Office Of Faith-Based Initiative USA interfaith clergy or clergy abroad appointed by governments after properly jailing complaining clergy if you doubt neocons, it is those Dems who are and lead nothing but "vessels of wrath" whom God creates just for the fun of watching do good while suffering then going to perdition anyway.

Unless there's another reason(s) Bush wants to "pre-emptively" pardon all current and former Cabinet members "in case" they committed gross abuses in the war on terror, but while he's doing stuff like that, could we all please pretend Rod Blagojevich is the thumbs down to any changes contemplated by Obama or Democrats.

As a traditional Conservative who doesn't get this Neocon media-go-round steamroller brand of politics, I don't think Blagojevich should resign until proven guilty by Court-admissable FACTS; perhaps he could just be deemed under such disability that pending the Lieutenant Governor could take over duties. And I don't see how flagrantly telling Democrats to shut up for good, while telling the public no more need be done to fix anything other than shutting Democrats up from even daring changes for a few years, are the only things Americans or anyone else need talk or think about besides Blagojevich.

After all, where everyone is corrupt, only then someone from the swamp COULD dare to change; GOP failed to deliver with a President and majority of both Houses, why NOT let Obama and a Democrat Congress try?

Illinois Democrat Rod Blagojevich: Innocent Until Proven Guilty.

USA media today seem abuzz with news that the U.S. Attorney has arrested Illinois Rod Blagojevich (D) on charges of attempting to sell the Obama vacancy and refusing to use State money to bail out the Chicago Tribune (which, until its recent endorsement of Obama, was known for decades as THE Midwestern Republican paper); Illinois GOP Chair Andy McKenna was shown locally insisting the Governor should resign immediately due to being charged; CNN legal analyst Jeff Toobin this morning said the Senate WILL refuse to seat any Senator Blagojevich names, if any, to the Obama vacancy.

Well, there certainly has been a lot of claptrap about Rod, yet to date not even the Illinois GOP would say there was reason to use the State Constitution’s paragraphs about easy impeachment…at ANY prior time…against him.

Next, Andy McKenna back in the Summer of 2005 was cited in the Tribune and central Illinois Pantograph, inter alia, as offering $10,000 to anybody who would say Mayor Daley was a corrupt crook AND had legal proof of it…no known takers, ever, so McKenna could be taken now as just doing what comes naturally in his type of position.

Then there’s the fact that U.S. Attorney Fitzgerald himself has said Blagojevich’s arrest does NOT stem from a grand jury indictment, just some apparent “ex rel” upon third party complaint(s); surely, Fitzgerald WILL seek to back up his case by seeking an indictment on those charges, won’t he? I mean, as if the Governor had ever been a flight risk in the first place.

Looking at this, and I doubt the US Attorney would be grabbing camera time if he didn’t want us to, I find it so far that Mr. Fitzgerald dittos the ILGOP in finding nothing else of which Blagojevich could properly be accused of initiating, nor any other party(ies) then benefiting from all prior past alleged corruptions; in that the DOJ hasn’t denied it will fire U.S. Attorneys who aren’t GOP-partisan friendly, one has to assume what otherwise has passed in Rod’s tenure has been to the absolute satisfaction of the White House. Thus, there’s no true “Blago baggage” clinging to today’s histrionics…nor to Obama, now that it’s kosher to say he IS a USA national by birth.

The Tribune non-bailout is easy…why SHOULD any government bail out anything nobody can afford to buy (or cares to), without counting in the bailout of customers, employees, or both? THAT would be “offensive” to the moral character of USA government?

Now let’s say the Governor, obviously fully cognizant of Bush eyes from at least the time Obama announced candidacy, wanted to test the ease with which some Senatorial or other appointee(s) would succumb to pressure or temptations, only with eye toward crossing off the list any name(s) even coyly open to same? Um, even BUSH would try to fish out such data from his own as Governor and later President…wouldn’t he? One hopes more than “word-against-word” at the flat level will surface, the kind of necessary meat that SHOULD be present in a charge which…if heard unanswered by a grand jury…would leave little doubt as to guilt; after all, the White House wouldn’t just say hold someone indefinitely without trial or release after a flashy news grab, would it?

As to the CNN comment the Senate will not seat anybody Rod might appoint, why? Isn’t it a staple of USA law and Constitutional practice that absolutely every person charged for absolutely any crime(s), via indictment or ex rel, is absolutely innocent until proven guilty?

So no, I’m still not an un-American…IF Rod or anyone else appears to truly have done anything, follow procedures of a relevant prosecutorial office, allow them discovery, schedule them for a reasonably swift trial, and do not say they are guilty until they admit it or a Court or jury finds them guilty…and yes, even Rod Blagojevich is entitled to Constitutional handling, as those words must apply to everyone or they mean nothing for anyone.

Let’s hope it’s more than Fitzgerald hoping to keep his job despite DOJ partisanship problems already existent and over which Attorney General Gonzales resigned, or just another sop to neocons in reassurance change from the present socio-economic management protocols will be fought hard.

Don't Let Neocon-Backed Clergy Tug Obama Too Much Re "USA Must Bail WORLD Out First".

Man, no sooner does SCOTUS let stand that Obama IS a USA national, than the next Neocon sluggers are up.

Right now, groups such as "One" (short for "one sermon", and comprised of not less than Muslim, Christian, and Jewish clergy all amazingly doing well with governments fundings globally and in-step with apparent Office of Faith-Based Initiatives Calvinisms) are massing e-petitions, inter alia, to push Obama to immediately fund every nation's "sick child" bill, no questions asked, upon inauguration; as best as one can tell, it seems God and the whole non-USA will see America as child-haters and rich racists blah blah blah unless we all do what the faith-funded tell us...even if for decades, their "unchurched" have been in reaction to this or that "God loves who I say, will burn whoever I point to" Calvinism.

Of course, every puppet is capable only of speaking as its manipulator wishes; see, like in Pakistan, sure ya get aid from China, the USA, man in the moon, but gosh ding-dang-darn it, it's so hard for many leaders to actually use it to do anything but line their pockets and never get the aid to their people...to which, on top of that lucre, many say "you go to the USA and be taken care of, then, and if they don't it's the USA who wants you to die or whatever".

Um, been there, done that; we can't all just add that mindset to the pile ala assuming sure Suze Orman and others constantly miss mortgage snafus and Enrons in re advising VIEWERS, but maybe if we keep listening and doing long enough.... .

I mean, what...should these children perhaps be separated from adult family relatives, perhaps put in a large enclave, because it's too much to ask any nation on earth actually be able to provide an income opportunity for adults?

If that's the nature of such heart string pullings, "mein clergy, vonce it vas 'Damen und Kindern Links, Menschen Rechts', so vere should ve put ze parents, ja?". Oh, and what about accountability for all that Western aid given to so many same-face leaders already...what, are they going to invest in the prisons or health companies tending an aimless global population?

I believe that Obama will bend ear more to non-Calvinists insofar as faiths, and in any secular event can do a better job than that on health care...let's not rush to corner Obama or anyone else on re-heated, re-hashed stylings of "compassionate neo-conservatism".

Time To Admit Very Few USA Immigrants Are "Illegal".

Yes, I am a Conservative; yes, in the past, I have opposed illegal immigrant amnesty; no, I don't think the USA or any nation on earth should just wave in anybody simply because they showed up or, as in the case of Andrew Luster (q.v., Mexico vs. "Dog" Chapman), lammed out of their own land after high crime conviction but at least brought folding cash with them.
However, as I've tried repeatedly for the past eight years to no avail, I always maintain there CANNOT be THAT many actually illegal immigrants present in the USA at any given time, in that no matter where they came from, they were provided instant infusion into New Urban lifestyles...with buildings, funds, credits, and labor/job protocols specifically designed to produce such end.

Clearly, anyone here at all...USA nationals with but one of those common abstracts Counties give re birth and marriage certificates, or in fact any person regardless of origin or status...who is receiving food stamps, USA Social Security, or otherwise participating in government-backed or designed modern USA society, cannot deemed to be here illegally or part(s) of a population no government layer has to respect or deem fit for interactive government representation.

Wherefore, I continue to support non-amnesty to those relatively few just expecting "gimme/let me run out with it" pipe dream service or to escape ACTUAL high crime punishment, after TRUE process of a nation's laws; however, I cannot support the current Neocon position that we should INFER all people even Neocons bring here re within aforesaid modern normative purposes are in the least bit "illegal".

To do otherwise, now THAT would sound like pure totalism: bring folks in, arrange equity-free, non-participating communities for them, then tell everyone it's part of some "race war" or "Socialization by Democrats" or "never-ending aid to fight trans-hemispheric terrorists" so that subjects feel isolated, and all others are led to believe THEY will be "re-empowered" is they treat newcomers in racist, xenophobic, or nationalistic ways...as they themselves then actually sink while the voices they listened to go on and on.

Again, things are as they are today, and the comprehensive situation of every person in the USA should be adressed only within the Constitution...that is, eveyone welcomed by Neocons or others into the semblance of society should necessarily enjoy all the priviliges of such society.
