Durbin And Bipartisan Power-Players: Judicial Bents Best Discovered After Taking Office.

Here's a verbatim PSA on the Kagan nomination I've just received in email from Senator Richard Durbin, Illinois Democrat and U.S. Senate Assistant Majority Leader; after this verbatim quote, some salient observations follow:

"Thank you for sharing with me your concerns about the President's nomination of Elena Kagan to be an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. I appreciate hearing from you.

Elena Kagan is a graduate of Harvard Law School. She has legal experience in private practice, a record of government service, and a reputation as one of the leading legal scholars in the country. She most recently served as Solicitor General, the nation's top lawyer.

Solicitor General Kagan practiced law as an associate at a Washington, D.C., law firm, from 1989 to 1991, and held several management positions in the Clinton Administration. From 1995 to 1999, she served as Associate White House Counsel to the President, Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, and Deputy Director of the Domestic Policy Council. Kagan also clerked for Judge Abner Mikva of the U.S. Court of Appeals and Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.

Solicitor General Kagan began her academic career as a professor of law at the University of Chicago in 1991. After serving in government, she became a professor at Harvard Law School and served as the school's dean from 2003 until she became Solicitor General. She has won praise and recognition from many in the law profession, including the American Bar Association, for her intricate knowledge of the law.

Critics of her nomination have pointed to her lack of experience as a judge as a reason she should not be confirmed. While it is true that all of the current justices were judges prior to being nominated to the Court, many of the best known justices in history had no prior judicial experience, including Justices Rehnquist, Douglas, and Frankfurter. In fact, after Kagan's nomination was announced, Justice Scalia, one of the Court's most conservative members, said, "I am happy to see that this latest nominee is not a federal judge and not a judge at all." Former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor also brushed aside this critism.

Some critics also believe that Solicitor General Kagan would be a radical activist as a Supreme Court Justice. Former Bush judicial nominee Miguel Estrada does not agree. In his letter to the committee, Mr. Estrada said Kagan is "extremely qualified" and her rulings would fall "well within the mainstream of current legal thought." He urged the Senate to "confirm her nomination without delay."

The Kagan nomination is supported by a wide variety of groups and organizations. Her confirmation hearings are scheduled to begin on June 28th.

As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, I look forward to the opportunity to consider this nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court. Thank you again for your message. Please feel free to keep in touch." [End Of Citation]

So this nominee has no judicial experience, but a bunch of connected people and those dependent on Congressional goodwill/Presidential discretionary spending for their income just adore a person, these people are far more superior in intellect and know-how just by going to college then sniffing the fumes of REAL practioners, and only we lilliputians point to things like  Josef Goebbels having had a 1921 degree from Berlin University, government experience, and so on, before revealing himself fully thanks to the comraderie he had with the Third Reich.

In other words, for all the PSA puffery, all Senator Durbin has represented through same is his that his and any colleagues' belief that it's better for ANY official to show true colors first after taking office and then let them do as they please without let or hindrance because they're "experts in their fields, who are even less-able legislators to criticize"...including if too late it's discovered they have zeal for Scalia's "I'll rubberstamp ANY foreign law for my buddies, even if Stalin or Hitler wrote it" way of side-stepping the worth of the USA Constitution and its purposes and intents.

Washington Post Oil Spill Gossip: Most People Not Better Than Or As Worthy Of Help As Animals.

Ah, psychology, PC, and social Darwinism. Recently, as readable at http://newsweek.washingtonpost.com/onfaith/panelists/ramdas_lamb/2010/06/animal_rights_and_human_wrongs.html , the Washington Post carried a Hindu professor who says naughty, rotten, mean-spirited folks in the Abrahamic religions (i.e., Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) insist animals have no souls and thus "abuse" them in ways...the animals themselves do.

Now, I am not attacking Hinduism at all, just the opinion of a professor who happens to be a Hindu interposing that religion with undertones implying Abrahamic faiths ipso facto cannot ever truly be a friend of Hindus. In fact, I appreciate and respect the Hindu way of respecting ALL life on dharma and karma basis...do not mistreat a single atom, mite, ant, elephant, dog, human being, or anything at all in earthly existence. To me, this is a satisfactory and non-exhaustive place Hindus and Abrahamics meet in metaphysics.

The relevant professor, however, doesn't bother much noting that Abrahamics, Hindus, and gosh just about everyone sees that animals rapaciously eat each other, destroy humans and their children even if beasts aren't rabid or provoked, and fight each other for epigenetic reasons not known in but antithetical to human metaphysical circles...including Hinduism. Then there are all those Humboldt squids, great white sharks, and others which just eat anything that moves, inflict fatal "are you tasty enough" maimings on humans and other animals, walruses who will crush kayakers just for being in the same water (ditto hippos)...nope, the animal and aquatic world surely doesn't offer much in the way of supporting that earth's non-human fauna approach each other and humans with the same kind of soul humans display.

Thus, our relevant professor can only mean to say, on the modern "I have a degree...I am above question or proof!" doctrine, that humans are the same as animals in that HUMANS have no souls or souls capaable of more than animals, and rightly should be disregarded or handled in any pecking order governments may deign to mete out.

Unless a government fund- dependent educator (and his colleagues) misses the gaping disparity between human and non-human animus, together with fact animals have no capacity for developing propaganda.

Global Wunderkind Obama's USA Superpower: Brother, Can You Spare A Cork?

Sure, gold may permanently be a four-digit commodity, half of the USA may be on such vertical State dependency it has NO taxable income making it hard for ANY officials to come up with much of a budget let alone budget resolution or deeming resolution, religion may be demonized unless the State orthodoxy is preached, and otherwise things may seem to be as if Barack Obama never wrote page 256 in the 2008 election year book "The Audacity of Hope".

But today, from sender ID Barack Obama <democraticparty@democrats.org>, I received the here immediately verbatim transferred droning message about the BP oil spill, said droning text being, to-wit:

"The BP oil spill in the Gulf Coast is the worst environmental disaster of its kind in our nation's history. I am returning to the region today to review our efforts and meet with families and business owners affected by the catastrophe.

We are working to hold BP accountable for the damage to the lands and the livelihoods of the Gulf Coast, and we are taking strong precautions to make certain a spill like this never happens again.

But our work will not end with this crisis. That's one of the reasons why last week I invited lawmakers from both parties to join me at the White House to discuss what it will take to move forward on legislation to promote a new economy powered by green jobs, combat climate change, and end our dependence on foreign oil.

Today, we consume more than 20 percent of the world's oil, but have less than two percent of the world's oil reserves. Beyond the risks inherent in drilling four miles beneath the surface of the Earth, our dependence on oil means that we will continue to send billions of dollars of our hard-earned wealth to other countries every month -- including many in dangerous and unstable regions.

In other words, our continued dependence on fossil fuels will jeopardize our national security. It will smother our planet. And it will continue to put our economy and our environment at risk. We cannot delay any longer, and that is why I am asking for your help.

Please stand with me today in backing clean energy. Adding your name will help create a powerful, public display of support for making this change happen.

The time has come, once and for all, for this nation to fully embrace a new future. That means continuing our unprecedented effort to make everything -- from our homes and businesses to our cars and trucks -- more energy-efficient. It means rolling back billions of dollars of tax breaks to oil companies so we can prioritize investments in clean energy research and development.

Many businesses support this agenda because shifting to clean energy creates opportunities for entrepreneurship. This is how we will reinvent our economy -- and create new companies and new jobs all across the country.

There will be transition costs and a time of adjustment. But if we refuse to heed the warnings from the disaster in the Gulf -- we will have missed our best chance to seize the clean-energy future we know America needs to thrive in the years and decades to come.

The House of Representatives has already passed a comprehensive energy and climate bill, and there is currently a plan in the Senate -- a plan that was developed with ideas from Democrats and Republicans -- that would achieve the same goal. But this is an issue that Washington has long ignored in favor of protecting the status quo.

So I'm asking for your help today to show that the American people are ready for a clean-energy future.

Please add your name to mine:

http://my.democrats.org/CleanEnergy

Thank you,

President Barack Obama"[END OF CITATION]

Now, all that wind after all this time, to avoid a simple salient: the USA, global superpower and leader of the free world...they say...either can't find a cork for an oil snafu despite all those friends in foreign leaders who so worship Obama's Presidential acta, or droning on and on and on and on about relative minutae (contrasted to the seeming "destroy-to-rebuild-at-an-infintely-later-date" or Stalinist re-configuring of USA culture) and police-powering lilliputians away IS what earns B-Rock and pals (all political bents) such huge esteem from their global comrades...including "treat with kid gloves" Taliban, drug importers, and the like.

Maybe our leaders should all go to the gulf of Mexico and all at once deliver the same soundbytes...it's possible THAT much hot air released all at once could evaporate even crude petroleum.

Correction: Not Even USA Senate Has A Budget Resolution Towards Actually Letting Money Out.

The other day, I said that the USA House of Representatives was the cheese standing alone in not having a budget resolution or even a "deeming resolution" re the Senate FY 2011 budget which would give life to all those things movies, media, pundits, and TV commercials are promising seniors, students, homeowners, home buyers, and the like (even if I am among those who think the Senate is full of beans)...this is not wholly correct.

Coming to my attention through Government Executive magazine (http://www.govexec.com/dailyfed/0610/060810cdam1.htm?rss=getoday&oref=rss), the Senate has passed a budget, but has NOT passed its own budget resolution nor similar to effectuate anything; the House however still won't adopt the Senate budget nor pass a deeming resolution allowing Obama to spend as he pleases on just what pleases him alone, and the House hasn't passed its own budget to which the Senate then could react...and it appears that's going to be status quo through most of the rest of 2010, and definitely at the start of FY 2011 on July 01, 2011 (for most States and Cities).

Subject only to such said clarifications, I feel I am still manifestly correct in believing every television, talk show, and other bloviation about the "success for YOU!" government is said to have been given to all but racist/miscreant/lazy/genetically inferior/surplus critics and questioners at best is all a "wish list", as again NO MONEY CAN LEAVE AS PROMISED UNLESS THERE IS A LEGAL PRESENCE OF SUCH MONEY.

USA Congress Pranking That Half-Printed Money WILL Spend!

Using the State of Oregon as but one of myriad examples, notice how notwithstanding this year's Propositions 66 and 67 (lowering tax on unemployment benefits and kiting it on largely fictional folks raking in $125,000/year here), together with platitudes like "answer the Census, even if it just wants name, associates, age, and says Hispanic not a race for its purposes...dadgumit, the Census means FEDRAL MONEY for our State!", Oregon STILL needs to cut at least $577 million from its fiscal year 2011 budget (beginning July 01, 2010)?

Now, at the start of this year, Assistant Congressional Majority House Leader Steny Hoyer announced NO House budget resolution would be allowed for a vote at all in calendar year 2010; in fact, the House STILL hasn't even got a budget of its own TO bring to resolution; and of course, the only other "way out" would be to have what they call a "Deeming Resolution", one that just outright deems the Senate budget proposal as equal to the will of the House and lets printing presses roll therefrom.

It's nice that the USA Senate has passed a big budget of its own, but without a House version or at least a "deeming resolution", it looks like as Congress adjourns for the Summer in a few weeks, concurrently Fiscal 2011 will start without one single penny rolling out of Federal pockets to pay for anything...maybe B-Rock Obahmah can sopmehow issue IOUs on what strikes his fancy until such time as Congress decides to pass a relevant resolution, but even THAT is highly murky.

Kind of makes it more interesting about the ever-expanding police powers government gives itself, plus evermore powers in secrecy, plus nationalizing of media/religion/medicine/more, as it sets about shutting off reverse mortgage issuances, bouncing seniors behind on tax or insuranc e, and so on ad infinitum...especially since so many counties, towns and States right now are girding for effects of deep cuts in services and human needs to their own constituents, while not really mentioning such constituents may not be the root cause(s) of this new way of life splashing across USA culture.

Or that many of us will have to earn, eat, and spend from our own cash-on-hand, as if by icy-cold "pecking order" we'll thin OURSELVES so stinky government operation of Socialistic nationalized services won't be necessary...assuming, of course, those being "last men standing" stand a chance thereafter of recouping what THEY'VE put out to get to that point (another "scene missing" element, not worthy of trust even by the most narcissistic antisocials among us).

USA, Muslim Officials Offer Not Enough To Indict Israel Over Gaza Flotilla.

Anywhere on earth, one would have to live under a very big rock or Iron Curtain to not know for over a year people like Hamas, Al-Qaeda, China ally Iran's "MyMood Alibabjihad", and the like have been outright calling for the extermination of not just Israel, but Jews worldwide...on grounds no other reason(s) to exterminate a race are necessary other than being of sanguin impur (not born Muslim and as Muslim extremists define it, a crime even born Muslims can be executed for in many places).

So ab initio the cloy of "epigenetic" competition between Muslims (who need not be Arabic),and inference there are way more Muslims than Israeli Jews, amid implication if the world accepts Muslim extremist statements each accepting individual will stay safe, sounds less like "peace by sacrifice of Israel" than it does foreign-aid supported dictatorial extremist leaders demanding extermination of democracy in their backyard...after all, Israel is hardly made up of just Jews, and that extends to its government, so even minus all Jews wipe Israel off the earth? Needs more work there, extremists.

Moving on, nothing yet appears in autonomous evidence that Israel or its flotilla critics are telling a true story...it's all glaze and fist-banging demands, with tacit nods of the USA government to extremists through saying Israel needs to talk more to its neighbors but not as if an equal. Doubtless, this is because from Bush through Obama, the USA itself is criticized by the same extremists and autonomous humans rights groups for its cavalier use (directly or through contractors) of torture, indefinite detentions, and the repeated "oops!" excuses made when shooting civilians and the unarmed in the vaunted War On Terror...while subsidizing most of the extremist regimes to boot.

While it might be the USA is actually TRYING to be an ally to Israel by keeping USA military reputation away from it, that the USA does (or is imagined as doing) certain things should not be by itself a parallel inference; that, and lack of more competent independent analysis of flotilla-like Mid East problems together with constant lack of USA/EU/UN insistance against calls to exterminate all Jews no matter what, seems to indicate no clear case for or against Muslim leaders or Israel.

For these reasons and to limits of conditions therein described, I continue to refuse to join in efforts to demonize Israel over the Gaza Flotilla incident.

What Is Wrong With Global Religious Or Even Personal Freedom And Dignity?

I am among those not-so-luminary, everyday Conservatives who signed what we truly believe: what is known as the "Mount Vernon Statement" ( http://www.themountvernonstatement.com/ ), setting forth our common and unshakeable beliefs for ourselves and the dignity of every individual on the planet; it sets forth as follows:

"We recommit ourselves to the ideas of the American Founding.  Through the Constitution, the Founders created an enduring framework of limited government based on the rule of law. They sought to secure national independence, provide for economic opportunity, establish true religious liberty and maintain a flourishing society of republican self-government.

These principles define us as a country and inspire us as a people. They are responsible for a prosperous, just nation unlike any other in the world. They are our highest achievements, serving not only as powerful beacons to all who strive for freedom and seek self-government, but as warnings to tyrants and despots everywhere.

Each one of these founding ideas is presently under sustained attack. In recent decades, America’s principles have been undermined and redefined in our culture, our universities and our politics. The selfevident truths of 1776 have been supplanted by the notion that no such truths exist. The federal government today ignores the limits of the Constitution, which is increasingly dismissed as obsolete and irrelevant.

Some insist that America must change, cast off the old and put on the new. But where would this lead — forward or backward, up or down? Isn’t this idea of change an empty promise or even a dangerous deception?

The change we urgently need, a change consistent with the American ideal, is not movement away from but toward our founding principles. At this important time, we need a restatement of Constitutional conservatism grounded in the priceless principle of ordered liberty articulated in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

The conservatism of the Declaration asserts self-evident truths based on the laws of nature and nature’s God. It defends life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It traces authority to the consent of the governed. It recognizes man’s self-interest but also his capacity for virtue.

The conservatism of the Constitution limits government’s powers but ensures that government performs its proper job effectively. It refines popular will through the filter of representation. It provides checks and balances through the several branches of government and a federal republic.

A Constitutional conservatism unites all conservatives through the natural fusion provided by American principles. It reminds economic conservatives that morality is essential to limited government, social conservatives that unlimited government is a threat to moral self-government, and national security conservatives that energetic but responsible government is the key to America’s safety and leadership role in the world.

A Constitutional conservatism based on first principles provides the framework for a consistent and meaningful policy agenda.

  • It applies the principle of limited government based on the rule of law to every proposal.
  • It honors the central place of individual liberty in American politics and life.
  • It encourages free enterprise, the individual entrepreneur, and economic reforms grounded in market solutions.
  • It supports America’s national interest in advancing freedom and opposing tyranny in the world and prudently considers what we can and should do to that end.
  • It informs conservatism’s firm defense of family, neighborhood, community, and faith.

If we are to succeed in the critical political and policy battles ahead, we must be certain of our purpose.

We must begin by retaking and resolutely defending the high ground of America’s founding principles.

February 17, 2010" [End of Citation]
I am among those Conservatives who believes every man and woman on earth, regardless of how they would peaceably go about it, is imbued by our Creator with the skills and desire to learn differences between good and evil, and to seek dignified, responsible freedom without limitations to the dreams and gifts each such person on the globe holds.

I don't know how many, if any, candidates or officials at any level(s) of now-sitting USA government have signed the Mount Vernon Statement; I do know that in lieu of proof by our own experiences of service re health care the Obama administration will spend $125 million on a mere propaganda effort (http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0610/38199.html ); we know modern USA officials just want immigrants to re-make American society into the same farago like places that "kick" their own permanently out of their own lands have fashioned for themselves (e.g., worldwide folks like Castro, totalists, and general people-herders; oppressive Muslim LEADERS who don't treat their own differently...that sort of stuff); we even know that reverse mortgages for make-ends-meet seniors are now a thing of the past, and that HUD is ordering banks to foreclose on seniors who haven't paid property tax or insurance (http://reversemortgagedaily.com/2010/06/07/lowest-reverse-mortgage-volume-since-2005-top-lenders-through-may-2010/?utm_source=Reverse+Mortgage+Daily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=1f46fb254e-RMD+Email+RSS ; http://reversemortgagedaily.com/2010/06/06/fannie-mae-to-start-foreclosure-process-on-reverse-mortgage-defaults/?utm_source=Reverse+Mortgage+Daily&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=f29fc61b5d-RMD+Email+RSS ); and no, it doesn't seem that "more will be left over for kids, government/bailee hacks and immigrants if they'll just let us do this thing AGAIN"...we hear it every other year as more USA towns fall to the New Order, and really, is that what has EVER resulted?

For those on earth who can get overwhelmed by the direction global things seem to be following, I try to my best ability to be for them that "cheering section",  and again defer in allegory to the fictional "Casablanca" character Victor Lazlo to symbolize how seriously I take freedom for one and all: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yt1vQ81jNWw&feature=related .

Global Polemics Can't Withstand A Good "AND?" Factor.

Ever wonder how to cope with those myriad pseudo-issues like "Kagan would at least build bipartisan consensus if not LEGAL doctrines on the Court", or the super-importance that same-sex folks can/can't marry, or the penultimate imperative and "God's holy will" that immediate mass immigration MUST occur into the USA, or any other such stuff down to the impact a divorce between Al and Tipper Gore will have for generations to come...all while most media smile, assure us everything's fine but for a few fill-in-the-blanks, and nice people ask for your rights from gun ownership to total say-so/hush-hush pouring over every record relevant to every USA resident?

Well, now there's the "And" factor! Every time you hear that a pseudo- or extremely limited scope "issue" MUST command all attention as if everybody but YOU (and you, and you, and yes you Comrade, and you over there in that nation, and you, you, you, you ad infinitum), just say: "AND? If what you prate about does or doesn't happen, how will it affect things like the USA ever-present high unemployment rate (http://www.businessweek.com/news/2010-06-03/bernanke-says-u-s-unemployment-imposes-heavy-costs-update1-.html); the everlasting four-digit price for an ounce of gold (http://www.monex.com/?gclid=CPDWs4j6hKICFR36iAodv3v8cQ ); or fact that so far, all immigration and house building amid all that has produced is a USA wherein at least 50% of any status people live on total government dependency for homes et al (http://www.heritage.org/research/reports/2010/03/the-2009-index-of-dependence-on-government )?".

So take heart! The next time someone implying their intellect and savvy are superior to most and are looking for YOU, cutey or burly brute, to be in their "inner circle"as if they need you, or otherwise imply no issues BUT what they talk about even exist, just use the good ol' "AND?" factor.

Memorial Day: God Bless Every Person On Earth Who Fought Or Stands On Freedom's Side.

Freedom of the individual is integral to a free State, and free States lead to free individuals everywhere. Individual responsible liberty, with earnest belief in merit and a wish to be all one can be together with sharing such spirit with all on earth, is what gave so many nations the admirable and respectable populations they've had in the first place.
To every soldier, civilian, great one, small one, religious one, civic-minded one, and those whose peaceful contributions we may never know as they gave and give selflessly toward objectively to uplifting the value of humanity (no matter if such be done in or for the USA or similarly in or for others in sane freedom's cause):

May Almighty God bless you, keeping you in His love, light, and strength as you persevere...and I thank you all so deeply from the innermost part of my heart for your service.

Pseudo-Issues: When You Plant Weeds, Don't Expect A Garden.

Pseudo-issues would be those which sound so juicy-gossippy they can’t be ignored, if only in the way one can’t resist putting one’s tongue into a broken tooth…and have no tether to actual reality beyond themselves.

This is the case with 2010’s most abused pseudo-issue: racism. This topic is slammed against so many today in such a variety of ways, some are beginning to blur the lines of meaning within their own disparaging syllogisms.

Take for example one religious organization in which I am ordained; whereas at the start of this year, despite claims they stand between no one and their peaceful vision of God, they seemed to have become insistent upon nihilistic views and a penchant for embracing vertical government dependency as the “only reason we exist”…if you don’t concur, and further don’t believe Judaism and Christianity are the sworn enemy of God’s “anti-USA Constitution Preamble will”, you run into nondescript “lackings” in ability to preach or fully function in the organization’s name.

Currently, their website blog contains admin opinion that the only way someone could oppose the Kagan nomination (talk about religion and politics!) is to support a WASP conspiracy to keep Jews from Federal Executive level posts…and anything else “God’s sovereign” Barack Obama ( or ANY nation’s leaders) talks about, as separate opinion, in the nature of leaders’ expressed wills are the laws one must obey.

Well, ironic paradox of that organization aside, examine the cloy at anti-Semitism against Federal posts. How then do we explain Henry Kissinger, Al Greenspan as Fed Chair for 20 years, Bush Attorney General Mukasey, Supreme Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg? Just to name a few, by no means being exhaustive.

Of course most people on earth have NO race hatreds against others on the globe, yet there are always some haters anyway. But where one in the USA ignores that the Preamble to the Constitution sets forth a light in which to view all subsequent amendments, makes taboo discussion of the ongoing conversion of American society into a vertically dependent upon government system minus merit for anyone save leaders, and settles for posing over pseudo-issues to look PC, smart, or otherwise, one cannot then complain they have candidates who do not reflect their own wish and will to ends such candidates where elected produce.

Vertical Dependence On Government For All Things: Feudalism In A Pretty Place.

We don't all have to be familiar with things like "Complete Corsini Encyclopedia of Psychology" (see, e.g., http://books.google.com/books?id=F7vd7JQ4zlcC&pg=PA271&lpg=PA271&dq=vertical+dependence+horizontal+dependence+corsini+encyclopedia&source=bl&ots=oIeoCkhris&sig=r5gBUGOFxbDazLYPJ80319pGp2o&hl=en&ei=u1b8S96ZEYzQMpCA1f8E&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CBIQ6AEwAA#v=onepage&q&f=false) to know and understand the political psychologies "vertical dependency" and "horizontal dependency", which transcend any particular other dynamics or demographics.

Basically, vertical dependency on government is feudalism in a suit over pretty places, assigning each person or group/collectivization well-labelled positions to occupy in society without regard to any equity, dignity, work, income style, creativity or individualism at all; this was the case in the Communist nations, Nazi Germany, and even currently in Japan.

Horizontal dependency holds as does the USA Constitution that individualism is the root of all progress, freedom, and personal possibillities, with government there to support and protect individual effort and merit.

With Heritage Foundation and the USA government showing data that 50% of people in America do not get their homes, cars, or otherwise via taxable job/business income, and it appearing that no matter which race(s) make up what nation(s), together with tour de force attacks on Christianity and Judaism for their stress on individuality, obviously vertical dependency is being imposed via stagecraft and statecraft as if after 200+ years the USA is "finally getting with the right program"...instead of royalty and nobles assigning feudal existences, suits assigning who's needed for what as the suits deign or find expedient, as if everyone were some poseable stick figures.

Call me anachronistic, but I still support the notion of the Preamble to the USA Constitution that individualism is integral to freedom.

Spreading Entropy Wouldn't Be Very Progressive Or Much Evolution.

In his 2008 book "The Audacity of Hope", p. 256 as I recall, Barack Obama represented that dependency States tend to sap their people of initiative and dignity all while increasing government power to the point same literally treat all people as nothing but posable playthings to do with as is expedient to leaders.

Barack Obama was elected President on theory he was going to change the years-long trading in of jobs/equity/rights for something much better; what we got was only yet another President pushing the pedal even nearer the floor ( http://www.heritage.org/research/reports/2010/03/the%202009%20index%20of%20dependence%20on%20government ).

There seems not much evidence of progress or social evolution to America's and its immigrants' hopes, just a swifter spreading of tax-free government no-work/no assets living which takes a toll heavier than any tax could upon those "so lucky" to be allowed to be part of the Brave New World.

It's Not The Immigrants It's Where All Of Us Are Going.

Having been born 50 years ago as a fifth-generation Chicagoan, it was my in fact blessing to have had the benefit of associating with some of the finest racially and otherwise demographically-diverse people ever all in one place in one time...and to me, manifestly representing the ideal in democracy, personal growth, and hope all under the rule of law. Yes, we like anywhere had "bad guys" and such, but on the whole if I had a time amchine I would go back and live in my native Chicago of yore forever.

No matter the race or otherwise of those whom blessed my life in mentoring or encouragement or their public service, all of them from blue collar through first professional had the same spirit, a spirit I have no hestitation saying was best typified by historic Judge R. Eugene Pincham ( http://www.thehistorymakers.com/biography/biography.asp?bioindex=297&category=LawMakers ).

I note that no bio on Judge Pincham I have found mentions his constant favoring of snakeskin cowboy boots for most of his Judicial time, but he did wear them everywhere and I will attest he was man of boundless enthusiasm, can-do spirit, common sense, reason, and encouragement to anyone he met. Judge Pincham also was convinced that poverty is no excuse...not to hide behind, and not to brush people away with; he always was sure a Constitutional better solution could be arrived at in regard to anything, that all people had dignity and value, and that government existed to serve the people's best interests, not just those of the rich, elected, or extortionate.

Again, I was just one of the masses who came into work and political office contact repeatedly with Judge Pincham in his lifetime, and think what you want about me but I think it's telling that as today's demographically-mixed leaders began to rise people like Judge Pincham began to be shouted down hard by media and political machines.

For me it's always making the same sole point : it's not the races in any country, it's what the heck we're all supposed to look forward to, what's available to do it, and how free we are to truly follow our own non-violents muses or accomplishment dreams.

The Proper Comparison Of ANYBODY To "Nazis" Requires Comparative Correctness.

Years ago, U. S. Senator Rick Durbin (D-IL, now Assistant Majority Leader) tearfully cooed to the Taliban via calling USA troops "Nazis"; Newt (and, come to think, Lyndon LaRouche) is running around calling Obama a Nazi; el Presidente de Mexico's political operatives are calling Arizona a bunch of "Nazis"; on and on and on and on it goes, as if we're to be beaten into thinking ANYBODY who doesn't do whatever a non-USA leader wants is a Nazi taking over their throne, ANYBODY (even immigrants who "get wise" once here!) who doesn't want megaton after megaton of humanity dumped into the USA without constructive purpose is a Nazi throwing "new Jews" into ovens.

Ho-hum, such is the rather limited vocabulary of the world's leaders, and of their bailed-out or otherwise leashed media and spin meisters; or maybe to their insistances only THEIR opinions matter, that is how THEY would define what Churchill called "Nahzees".

Speaking up for the lilliputians most USA leaders and flashpoints of evolution find themselves having to suffer, here is what most of us...regardless of race, origins, religion, blah...seem to define Nazism as from the way Nahzees dealt with anybody in their realm: The Gestapo had the authority to investigate cases of treason, espionage, sabotage and criminal attacks on the Nazi Party and Germany. The basic Gestapo law passed by the government in 1936 gave the Gestapo carte blanche to operate without judicial oversight. The Gestapo was specifically exempted from responsibility to administrative courts, where citizens normally could sue the state to conform to laws. As early as 1935, however, a Prussian administrative court had ruled that the Gestapo's actions were not subject to judicial review. The SS officer Werner Best, onetime head of legal affairs in the Gestapo[7], summed up this policy by saying, "As long as the police carries out the will of the leadership, it is acting legally."[4] A further law passed later in the year gave the Gestapo responsibility for setting up and administering concentration camps. (Here foregoing definition and citations from Wikipedia, at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gestapo).

Now, if you had a country where leaders enacted 57% or more of new crimes requiring no culpable mental state or ability to HAVE intent for convictions, or enacted super-police powers and such on their own residents, or decided just what they want to pay attention to matters, you get the idea...well, obviously, such people WOULD be acting precisely, exactly, and effectively as did the Nahzees via their Gestapo (which under Shah Reza Pahlavi was Savak, in East Germany Stazi, in Soviet Russia KGB, and so on in so many countries).

The one thing all these "great re-builders" had in common was the setting up of strangling aparatus, followed by enabling legislations, complicity of Courts, then sadisitic warehousing and final solutions for pests (Nahzees had concentration camps for Jews, Gypsies, gays, inferior Germans, Poles, you name it; Stalin had gulags for uzbeks, dissidents with sluggish schizophrenia...so forth).

Maybe everyone, Left, Right, and Center, who spins for power and cash finds hot name recognition in the term "Nazi" from a cootie-calling or psychology-wielding expediency, but for anyone to know what truly made Nahzees THE Nazis, one needs to know how their Reich conducted its own society...not just what it did at the edges of the world.

Obama: Selling USA As Human Dump Will Increase Interest In Immigration?

Yep, that Obama...in "Audacity of Hope", 2008, saying welfare or socialist programs of similar bent sap people of initiative and dignity while requiring intrusions of raw bureacracy...heck, even I don't disagree.

Now, anybody who can access the internet can easily use the Boolean logic of just about any search engine to discover the immigration laws and constitutions of any nation Obama and government layers/divisions almost mindlessly defer to, and in doing so will discover none of these "stuff my people into the USA or ELSE!!!!!!!!" despots, Jacobian rubes, and otherwise antisocial (if sometimes Socialist) foreign leaders allow an iota of what they demand of the USA, and worse, promise no quid pro quo to us, their emigres, or own nations as a result.

Given the doldrums of the economy, rights, and diminsihing intents to commit ANY offense(s) in America before being whisked away on news you have, gee...who wouldn't want to be permanently cast off from their own land to some sort of Brave New Gulagland?
