If you can, get your hands on “Emerging Plans for Homeland Security Department Focus on Border and Transportation Issues”, Abraham McLaughlin story in the Christian Science Monitor, June 24, 2002, section A1; and get “who Left the Door Open?”. A TIME magazine feature by Donald L. Barlett and James B. Steele, September 20, 2004, pages 57-66.

In these, you can find stuff like Elaine Kamarck (worker in Vice President Al Gore’s “Reinventing Government” project in the 1990’s) quoted, saying: “The big, big core of [the DHS] is border patrol. Everything else is trivial. In a single day, more than 4, 000 illegal aliens will walk across the busiest unlawful gateway into the U.S., the 375-mile border between Arizona and Mexico…”.

And such quote of yesteryear occurred in midst of separate report in TIME that more than 110,000 of illegal alien crossings are other than Mexican (OTM), and include aliens from Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Russia, China, Egypt, Iran, and Iraq. In fact, TIME’s referenced story said the VISIT policy was that which with “mass movement of illegals offers the perfect cover for terrorists seeking to enter the U.S.”.

So other than the fact most pols today just grab ANYTHING to purge USA culture of anti-economic determinists and vices of industrial bourgeoisie attitudes, if supporting Arizona is NOW “racist” or “against economic security”, it’s really just emulating Democrats and their own boosters.

Ah, the summer of recovery: the white-hot, needs-to-go-green-to-save-the air USA economy has so many high-paying jobs now, unions are getting sweet deals for tons of workers, the Census will likely soon validate only a few immigrants live in each State, the DREAM Act will cure all immigrant financial and other woes plus their labor will increase the economy's steam , nationals and others who have been mooching off unemployment/HECMs/refis/affiliated families/SNAP(food stamps) will soon find the party's over; and all of this has happened thanks to resurfacing roads here and there to the tune of $50 billion and joining Venezeula, China, and others in cheer of the militant wing of Islam, promoting gay rights, disparaging marriage and childbirth, paring to a defenseless border and military, and stomping on religious superstitions while centralizing control of everything in the realm.

That, essentially, is what just about every sitting USA official at every level currently claims; thus, don't fret why for a billion here and a billion there this year, States like Oregon STILL have at least one billion dollars' worth of budget shortfalls, even where they raised their own tax rates to boot...would a President as super-cool as Obama just play golf and party at night with rock stars, or would local officials and media not need special sessions or re-directions of concerns, if THAT many people of any kind were adversely affected amid a bustling industrially-based service economy?

Well, note that all such folks applaud each other for having effectuated a summer of recovery; that necessarily implies something massively out of whack existed for citizens and DREAMERs alike, something having naught to do with racism/Islam/the Pope/nationalism/Iraq/Iran/etcetera.

It seems that all we get are vertically-dependent performers, officials, and media types just all agreeing on-air that as "people obviously smarter than the masses" whatever conclusions they plead are true...no need to show a lot of evidence in support that a shuttered economic edifice has seen its units re-open.

It would be more believable if, say, officials from Obama on down everywhere were constantly shown attending cut-budget reinstatements; closed or converted to housing factories re-opening or rebuilt; long-vacant strip mall locations open and doing vigorous trade every month; office complexes of every kind sprouting; farms re-started or instituted; in other words, the type of things that make it possible TO be functioning as "industrial bourgeoisie", or middle class, before anyone's origin, politics, or other demographic(s) is even considered for "fair apportionment".

The way officials and media presently make it seem, the USA appears to continue using Socialist centralization techniques in simply ever-widening a departure from a culture based on private property, and in controlling means of consumption via managing volume of consumers, in a manner inferring no work and government dependency...aid or constant government-clawed forbearances  in housing and other debt no job exists to pay...will end world envy and human concern.

Many think: “Aw, Communism in the USA is just something culture-vulture money-mongers thump about to get donations as part of a good old bipartisan culture of corruption! Besides, Communism is a political system invented by Marx; the apparent political nihilisms and subjective-idealist relativity today is just too many dogs thrown too few bones by capitalist politicians and their paid-off henchmen! THAT’S what’s causing us to lose trade and jobs, even if other places ARE Socialist or Communist!”.

In counterpoint, reference is made to the within-below cited works in support of my own opinion that the USA infrastructure security apparatus, on the main, is charged more with advancing and reinforcing a Leftist culture than with true concern for democratic capitalist growth and safety.

Communism is simply any system in which the lands, buildings, money, goods, and so on are vested in a community or abstraction representing a community (e.g., a City, State, or Federal government; a club; a family estate). A number of primitive societies around the globe through all time have, as say nomads or shepherds jointly owning herds, been direct community Communists; the government of Peru under the ancient Incas assigned work-organization rules for the masses dividing up each person’s possessions for the whole but exempted rulers from such division, standing as an early example of managed collectivism wherein the officials of course lived on different, more capitalistic terms.

The only thing Marx et sequitur did was move Communism from speculative ideations of random thinkers into social movements…which can co-exist in seemingly different cultures having similar governmental interest in managing collectives.

All Communist societies have features in common. Competition for private property is blamed for all evils, thus all economic activities must be restricted and taboo to criticize; industrial attitudes requiring production are quashed, with a fixed stock of goods solving fair distribution by reducing means of consumption; the family is seen as the origin of private property-based evils, so the State must demand ends to family and marriage, with eugenic powers of the State flexed as it requires; there is tautology educating that abolishing private property ends theft, abolishing marriage cures adultery, treating everyone the same ends envy or insolence.

Further, such communities become isolated due to having nothing to trade; their population sizes (minus new immigration at first) shrink, then freeze; goods pare to a selection that never varies; and as philosophy urges constant revaluation of values it is made to be politically correct or abolished, sometimes even extending to students rebelling against educators who commit “errors” in varying from State dogma (as has been known in Communist China, and to anyone familiar with late 20^th century philosopher Richard Rorty’s calls to end philosophy).  

On such precept, considering how much of these “features” are found in America today, a case could be made that the Department of Homeland Security NICC is less a psychology-based defense shield and inter-governmental intel center drawing on public and private sources, and more an analog to A.A. Zhdanov, a once Soviet commissar for culture, who directed all police and educational activity to eradicating the “vice of bourgeois objectivism”, as he put it, on grounds failure to link economic determinism as part of Natural Law and material condition of life was anti-scientific challenging of officials to increase one’s own power…and thus treason.

A modern example of such “bourgeois objectivism” might be noticing only one of the world’s diverse religions has a niche branch calling even itself just psychology, dogmatic, above question, and able to destroy anyone not believing officials who share their view are absolute…and then pointing out Communist systems (having nothing to trade) permit only such type of Wahhabi Islam theosophy as “spirituality” to feign invocation their government is religious manifestation of faith and thus covered by “special privilege” only they can see.

If I suggest that neither requiring for all people the orthodoxy of a niche view, nor requiring political orthodoxy for all people that nations wanting nothing to trade are adversely affected by trade policies abroad anyway, nor economic determinism are useful to democracy, Zhdanov emulators would at least call cooties on me…or worse.

In the case of DHS, such was the gravamen in its April 2009 reports re Left and Right. DHS NICC also works for people who believe only government employees could be deemed necessary workers, government should take over as much private property as it can, religions are all psychology and interchangeable, marriage is for losers, families are unnecessary burdens, and the whole world should less build trade centers and more respect the niche Wahhabi strand Islam embraced from Pakistani to Venezuelan governments (even if they are regimes in their own rights). And to think, at least in the case of Latin regimes and American governmental faith overseers, until recently the only acceptable spirituality was niche Saint-Simon Christianity (sort of a view this life is training wheels for collectivism in God’s eternity).

To me, it seems we’ve got all the symptoms of every Communist society there has ever been. “Socialism” would seem a misnomer to USA culture, as it simply means centralized direction of an economy minus things Communist.

Cuba allows only home practice of Islam, won't permit mosques, has a Communist dictator in charge, and yet NO State Islam nation objects to Cuba or wants to burn "Das Kapital" (http://www.islamawareness.net/LatinAmerica/cuba.html ).

China has a Communist government, allows all sorts of Islamic identity, but gosh darn it, just doesn't like to see Muslims involved in much government; whereas as China happily allows Muslim burning of things Judeo-Christian and smacks down as "superstition" any religion other than Islam, which former Chairman Mao did before Jintao got lovey-dovey with extremists, still, nobody wants to burn Chinese flags or what not in China (http://www.islamawareness.net/Asia/China/islchina.html).

Socialist dictator (and maker of many "trustworthy" USA no-trail voting results computers) Hugo Chavez is super-huge on Islam, encourages only Islam in Venezuela, and easily permits burning of ANYTHING not Islamic, yet Muslims have no place in Venezuela government and nobody says he's a racist or xenophobe or "superstition monger" or burns his flags (http://www.islamawareness.net/LatinAmerica/carib_and_southamerica.html).

It's almost as if the long-contested policy of Muslim strongmen...that Islam and ALL religions are mere made-up psychology, but at least Islam even to Arabs is tolerable if an orthodoxy that only strongmen and their appointed Imams then have "divine wisdom" and execute God's will as fancy strikes...is being used as an excuse to smack down ANYBODY who dares question ANY strongman, with regimes then hiding behind "religious speech" to boot...while themselves laughing they don't even believe in or support Islam as a real religion or spirituality, thus admitting they themselves then are just writing edicts ex nihilio.

Just trying to point out that there could be more to the rodomontades of USA media and officials about why they themselves urge appeasing Muslim strongmen and their admirers, as if somebody else alone then someplace else will go defend democracy and freedom...and in the meantime, we'll just act ala Castro re Mosques, praise of Islam, and the distancing of even peaceful Muslims together with those who will feel media/government pressure to "convert" from political concern; see, there is ALWAYS some national economic security reason to "only look" like you too wear a crown, or armband, or Red Star, "only act" like it to "fool" foreigners, and suspect everyone in your Gulag...er, nation...of being in cahoots with each other about wanting sovereigns operating as economic determinists and capable of meeting out all life and death with or without merit to whomever they wish as fancy strikes...even if they laugh at your new "one true religion" as being in their minds as fake as all others but at least a useful idiocy to an appearance of dictatorial legitimacy.

It would appear on one pan-Islamic hand there have always been Muslims arrayed as are Taliban or Ahmadinejad or Hamas, and on the other pan-Islamic hand those who put or attempt to keep logic and philosophy separate from religion.

Just as within Christendom, e.g. Thomas Aquinas, the Middle Ages saw the beginnings of Islamic philosophy picking up Aristotelian and Neo-Platonist concepts of God together with what constituted natural and supernatural things, thoughts, and so on.

The first Muslim philosopher of that era was Arab prince Ya’qub ibn-Ishaq al-Kindi; whereas Aristotle said God and matter exist separate from one another, al-Kindi accepted emanation theory yet also accepted creationism and never offered his own reconciliation of such opposing views…his intent seems to have been a call to Muslim scholars to debate and reach consensus on a form of knowledge that would do justice to demands of reason and revelation.

An early Muslim scholar taking such call was al-Farabi, who said shari’a (religious law) was inferior to logic, there is one spirituality of which all benign religions are symbolic expressions, that any of these value-equivalent systems could be applied interchangeably as revelations (even Mohammed’s) were not philosophic truths but imaginative truth, and that like a Shi’ite Imam any head of an Islamic State is a repository of divine wisdom and thus best able to pierce imaginative shells and use good old despotism since earth has naught to do with the beyond.

Next was Abu’ Ali ibn-Sina (a/k/a Avicenna), who said God has no matter or form but is pure existence as we know it, this “universe” emanates all intelligence and revealing truths of the afterlife have a wall of separation from truths of this life (further “truths” of this life may be created rather than reliance upon autonomous facts), and all founders of all faiths are mass psychologists launching religious movements to bring all people as close to the same philosophic truth as possible.

Hey! Freud, Heidegger, Marx, atheism, epigenetics, Richard Rorty’s calls to end philosophy, and logical positivism might hardly be anything new, witty, or resultant of modern progressive types or science; of course, one doubts even such old Muslim scholars invented it, either. But one can see the Middle Ages pretty much produced Muslim scholars who taught religions, even Islam, at best were opiates of the masses.

Then came ibn-Rushd (a/k/a Averroes) trying to imply the Divine and daily grinds as much as waved at each other. At this point, logic was simply taken over by Kalam (the orthodox theology favoring State leaders) as a necessary instrumental science…just like some modern leaders arrest religious expression to guard against similar “superstitious” folk peddling ideas of an interactive Absolute.

This nowadays is expressed in the Wahhabi and several State Islamic regimes as a fatal offense even by Muslims to tread upon State-regulated Islamic PHILOSOPHY as THE only interpretation of “what Mohammed meant but couldn’t say in the Koran”. Because philosophy can be pan-anything, even a Twelver Shi’ite like Iran’s Ahmadinejad can apply it like a Pakistani, Taliban, Darfur, Somalian or Hezbollah Islamic government. A number of Muslims and their sects opposing such Kalam philosophy have simply been jailed or wiped away by their own leaders.

For those seeking attention (in coincidentally hungry times) by burning Korans, ask yourselves: are you a champion of democracy and freedom for all standing against “the man”, or are you useful idiots for those globally who call all religion malarkey and constantly close down anybody but your ilk based on YOUR actions? Even worse, are you just faith-funded cats’ paws in such regard? You certainly exude a sense of jingoism and under-exposure to all things religious and philosophical, just as Ladenists do on their end.   

To me it seems the problem against normal religious, including Muslims, continues to be assorted government claims in nature that anyone believing “ALL people are created equal and are endowed with certain unalienable rights by a Creator” is an affront to reason and burden upon the State, with such “affront” complained of grounded either in elective theosophy or other narcissism(s) based neither on Holy books nor normative human genetic dispositions…more like “A Clockwork Orange” turned into governmental and same’s orbital cultural protocol.

Why would President Obama recently announce that money for roads will result in mass employment afterwards?

I cannot suggest it enough: if anyone wants to have a guarantee of what Barrack Obama sincerely believes together with every official…anywhere, any level…who goes along with or doesn’t oppose his policies even if they complain for cameras, or who enacts State or local cuts despite Federal money in amounts just like the prior year coming in, just get yourself a copy of that 2008 book “The Audacity Of Hope” by Barrack Obama.

You remember that 2008 was a Presidential election year, don’t you? Well, the relevant book in its “about the author” section omitted that as it was published Barrack Obama was a candidate for President of the United States of America; it just lists him as if some legislator and degree guy from Illinois.

At any rate, to my reading, it was and remains a book representing a repetitive kaleidoscope of double-talk on every type of social issue there is; for example, in one passage, Obama says he never agreed with George W. Bush but respects, sees and appreciates his point of view on culture…perhaps why so few of us notice much change since Obama took over from Bush.

But unlike Bush, Obama’s book is a blueprint of logical positivism gone wild: again for example, he says his anthropologist mother exposed him to every leading faith (including animism and African religions) but convinced him to this day that ALL religions are man-made expressions of culture, yet in his book in the ‘Faith” and “Values” chapters defined spirituality as a real thing from a higher power…and once President, adopted the positivist/radical behaviorist/cognitive psychology idiom that there is NO “human mind” at all, and thus no soul/spirituality apart from human genetics predicting or mentally calculating responses to all stimuli for the simple act of self-preservation.

In one passage Obama also pats himself on the back for having, since his youth, an uncanny knack for using rhetoric alone without data support to make ANYONE look silly (call cooties on them?); he cites the coup of doing this to his own grandfather.

In another passage he said many of earth’s religious and non-religious people together share the same aspirations and morality…but if he believes that, and believes ALL religions to be one hundred percent bunk and severed from play in any level of secular USA government, while one understands the Office of Faith-Funded Initiatives then has to be to re-write or eradicate all spirituality in America on belief it’s all psychology at best, why do Obama and his public/private echo chamber create an illusion Islam is a real faith?

Why? Well, how long have psychologists known about the concept of “other” where “other” is the one to blame for one’s own actions, omissions, or both? See? State Islam leaders like Hamas, Hezbollah, Alibabajihad, Taliban, and their Islamic or secular allies abroad become the “other” who hold the highest truth(s), blazing the trails in finding all humans including peaceful Imams mere talking monkeys needing keepers, so what can all our officials in the USA DO except act in accordance with such “truth”, reinforce their grips on society, and act as “real science” and “scientifically-based laws” abroad logically require?

Since most State Islam abroad believes in no consensus or analogy by anyone including Muslims, all we need do is have strongmen/strongwomen officials over US, and do whatever it takes to become a culture of rows of cabbages. See, under Bush, our strongpeople needed toughness abroad, while we cut military bases and funds, threw veterans and widows out of homes, and suspended participation of the people in economics and civil rights in the name of securing a culture of rows of cabbages.

Wow, big change from the Bush years, huh? In other words, why defend or stand strong on democracy and human rights when those abroad against consensus will never help trade but at least give butterfly kisses to any global leaders who copy their styles?

This could be why we’re AGAIN hearing resurfacing roads will ipso facto result in jobs, trust them. How many years have how many of us heard in whatever State(s) that resurfacing “Puts Fill-In-The-Blank-Jurisdiction Back To Work”, yet time after time seen the housing and job losses escalate? All this year continuing to date in Salem, Oregon (State capitol), all you see are “Putting Oregon Back To Work” signs near sparse repaving projects and “sidewalk repairs” amounting to a few squares of concrete per square mile (as so many others remain as gnarly as ever)…and workers stand staring at the same tiny jobs for weeks on end before doing much (cha-ching for “necessary workers”); however, the State cut a lot of staff and budget AGAIN this June, and now have to EQUAL those cuts again next month! Oh, and we all know that it’s impossible for Oregon’s unemployment rate to go below 10 or 11 percent…ever. Here, with a USA birth rate immigrants and all showing 13 births per 1,000 people (99.7% non-replacement), all we have is a GOP Governor candidate from Yale who says more schools will save Oregon, and a former Gov for Dems saying all we need is going greener…neither man disagreeing with the incumbent’s decision to route all 2011 Federal funds to building more prison/jail space and police, other than that.

In sum, Obama is telling us whatever he tells us on whatever day on whatever issues because like it said in “The Audacity Of Hope”: nobody in Washington actually cares about anybody not in or retired from government, they just like to reinforce their grip on society, and even Obama sees and respects their views.

Necessary Background on property re example of GNND/necessary employees:

In 2007, a major bank gave my aged Oregon mother-in-law an HECM/reverse mortgage on a fifty-year-old house in need of a new septic system, roof, and dry rot repair to bearing walls, not to mention carpeting etcetera...they gave her most of the money, but withheld other cash specifically for repairs and to date have never forwarded it. A year later, she died. From August 2008 through August 2009, the bank gave the estate (my wife, her brother, and sister) a chance to sell the house for the full loan amount, with expectation  they from their own reserves might do the bank a favor and put in a new County-required $25,000 septic tank, roof, and fix all other things...of course, only if the estate could sell well beyond "sticker" would they see any, if any, profit themselves, leaving the bank free to sell out below costs with no recourse for estate.

Since August 2009, although then notifying the estate the HECM is in default and all the HUD goodies that have come out this April on making it simple to toss out and grab ANY, let alone reverse mortgage, property, as no one was crazy enough to buy (including the public) AND fix everything, or fix at hefty cost free for the bank's profit, and eve the bank doesn't want to start lengthy/costly repairs, the bank still lets the estate try to sell the property to cover the HECM and any, if any, profit.

Now the property is located in the northwest part of Albany, Oregon; the residents there are the refi/cashout/bailout types who fancy calling it "North Allban-NAY" as if it were some seat of world or even local influence...you know, the mince-pose social climber types prating on and on about their puny degrees who have far too little coming in and too many males lounging about too often without being aged, yet want to be thought of as genetically superior to and more worthy for $$$$ than anyone else.

Among these folks are a growing number of "necessary employees" snapping up once upper-end area properties for 50% (or less!) of their true values; here, anyone from an OSU maintenance worker to a teacher to a fireman to a city hall clerk is deemed "necessary" AND "GNND". The current and to be cut yet again salaries of these folks mean they should live in southeast Albany or ANYWHERE new property less than $200K can be had.

But here's what I've discovered: these "necessary workers" more entitled to survive in housing than the rest of us nationals or immigrants are actively working to ensure no one BUT their ilk CAN buy on "their hill" or in "their North Albany Neighborhood Association area"....so that when THEIR brothers/sons/etc double-up with them, no one will think "trash" is polluting the place full of genetic superiors.

I only helped try to improve my mother-in-law's estate to the point the only party the REALTOR would show it to...a GNND Corvallis fireman demanding repairs AND 50%...walked in summer 2009 and the bank said IT now will benefit from all efforts exclusively.

Well, these "necessary" GOOD Neighbors Next Door have this Spring and Summer been found rummaging through the estate's mailbox to get data on it; removing all sale flyers from curb sign box and often parking to block sign's visibility; they've brought their animals to trash landscaping and use the estate as a pet bathroom; on unbelieveable guise of making appointments with outside realtors via MLS, they've come in and ripped things apart, pulled out drawers/cabinets, and tried to digitally photograph all estate personal effects and assets NOT part of the house; they've told prospects leaving the state after viewing that "they've turned down three or more offers, so watch out!" and so forth; they've told me they are educated with degrees and I'd better go back to Chicago if I know what's good for me, and so much more like this...all because they're pinheads who want to have nothing but "necessary" workers on their hill, and are mad at ME for keeping my resources from fixing anything not mine so a bank and very cheap government-type hacks can reap large profits, savings, or both.

To reiterate, my own experience with realties of HUD GNND and "necessary worker" applications is that under-educated thug social climbers in a tough economy want to LOOK like genetically superior people more worthy of listening to, and get mad when a "mere citizen" (with more academia and real world experience to his credit than they could probably even comprehend) won't fix up a dump so their pals can buy it on the super-cheap.

My only confusion is, why would HUD allow such "good people" to redline minorities, nationals, immigrants, or even heirs/estates from living in "their" neighborhood? And these are the folks teaching kids, or deciding who gets social services or not, or deciding if they'll show up as police or fire help if called to "right or wrong areas"?

Over the past year or so, among those efforts I and many others supported was an Amnesty International-driven effort on behalf of an African-American Georgia man, Troy Davis, now 41, who twenty years ago was convicted of murder of an off-duty policeman; it seems Mr. Davis had gone through all possible State and Federal appeals from matters brought up at original trial, this year got the U.S. Supreme Court to send his alleged new evidence claim to a Federal Judge for examination, and the other day such Judge said his new evidence is not credible and even if it were would not change the sentence.

Now, Amnesty International is emailing people, asking them to write letters to editors asking for clemency for Troy Davis (assumedly commutation to life in prison), on allegation of "doubts" yet lingering on the Judge's finding simple...even Amnesty can't give more detail than that.

In essence, Mr. Davis' new evidence was affidavit-based by old witnesses, most of whom recently came to believe they lied in Davis' trial; further, this long-untested evidence was long-promised to show who the real killer was.

Unfortunately, I am aware of no evidence from Troy Davis or his attornies so much as denying Davis was present at the precise spot at the precise time of the killing, himself saw who did it, and prior to his arrest did not report it to anyone including police...so I agree with the Judge it's not an exhonorating recantation to say "Troy didn't do it, some other guy did", where Davis does not deny he always knew someone else did it but stands mute as to why he stayed silent until tried.

Amnesty International, inter alia, would be super-technically correct that a person convicted of the wrong crime should not be punished in a flow under the wrong caption.

But an accessory need only be someone who knows a crime happened and did nothing to bring it to the law's attention (e.g., http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accessory_%28legal_term%29 ); Davis' case clearly establishes he did not deny knowing who committed the murder but didn't try to tell anyone WHO until many years later...pending his own execution for it. Neither did he say his presence that night had been by accident, nor did he prevail in establishing he had not been pistol-whipping a homeless man in the first place, suggesting he might not have reported the cop killer, if any other(s), for a vested interest in avoiding punishment for assault.

For these reasons, it seems it would be against autonomous facts to disagree with the latest Federal Court ruling re Troy Davis, and thus I cannot endorse pleas for clemency in his regard.

My inbox has been the perch of more "ignore economics and quality issues" this week than I can shake a stick at. Their issues on the main appears to be as the ACLU telling me a Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. monument which shall quote him about learning to live together as brothers will annoy Conservatives, ANY non-Islamic religious, and needs to be pushed..."no matter risk"...as pure law and the Constitution MUST prevail here.

Um, really, all this kind of malarkey does is strongly infer ALL Muslims are Wahhabis ala bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, Hamas, Hezbollah, some Indian Muslims, and folks like the governments of Iran and Pakistan (which was partitioned out of India in 1947 by Britain and the U.N.)...and as any cognitive psychology professor could tell you via iPod or Twitter, see, scurvy other religious (yes, even "bamboozled" or "epigenetically scared" Muslims)and Conservatives together with those "righteously" unemployed don't accept the "killer instinct" which is all Islam and gosh durn it, protected by free speech laws internationally. To a cognitive or radical behaviorist type psychologist, most usually the darlings of global government agencies, no "mind" actually exists, all things are reactions to stimulus without capacity to do other than told, and things like Islam draw people from all walks together where they have a "genetic predisposition" to fighting and such.

• Insofar as Dr. King, I cannot believe this man's other works ever said "thank God Almighty, free of any other walks of life, culture, faith, or thought other than my diktats!", nor "thank God Almighty, all folks in the USA regardless of walk will learn to appease their leaders and foreign leaders on a ja-mein-Fuehrer basis!". Indeed, Dr. King was all about equality and civil interface of people worldwide from who they are AS they are; and note otherwise that ACLU and radical/cognitive psychology types will otherwise tell you how even Baptist ministers believe in "superstition"...even though Dr. King was an ordained Baptist minister and often cited God as his belief in freedom and equality. Martin Luther King, Jr. is definitely worth more proper context in conjuring his memory and intoning his name.   

Now, looking at the facts the White House and Congress provide things like $290 BILLION each year to say Pakistan even when that STATE-version Islamic nation says "well, bin Laden and the pan-Islamic government Wahhabi sentiment are HARD to get rid of, gosh darn it", and the proposed first Imam at any WTC Mosque would be one who says its "terrorism" for a Wahhabi-philosophy Saddam Hussein to be removed even if to free Iraqi MUSLIMS as well, obviously we're stretching the truth beyond capacity when we believe radical/cognitive psychologists say we'll "buy peace for the masses and peace for everyday Muslims worldwide" if we do what such governments admiring such psychologists tell us...after all, THEY have degrees, lilliputians.

Amid all this "Crusaders!", "Islam is a cultural doohickey run by gangsters!", "peace through radical behaviorism and cognitive psychology recognizing people as talking monkeys needing relationship/cultural opportunity keepers!" malarkey, the truth about "religious freedom and doing right by our global brothers" as marketed seems to lie closer to its marketers simply wishing to eradicate any thoughts or participation in anything other than their own, with dumbed-down messages and electronic propaganda manipulation. After all, what makes one "Wahhabi" is simply ala Calvinism believing nothing is NOT pre-determined, with the added kick that consensus and analogy cannot be had or the Wahhabi will hurt you...say, don't radical/cognitive types, based on logical positivism and neopragmatists like Richard Rorty, also see "consensus" as 99 out of 100 scientists who find a pebble a pebble "in conspiracy against" the 1 who finds a pebble a steak dinner so "no consensus, ALL voices are equal and I get full implementation of MY will"? Hmmm, consensus and analogy coincidentally akin to no consensus (i.e., democracy) or analogies of Wahhabi Muslims....maybe great feudalists simply think alike and play roles in an elite club?

If you still believe culture-vultures vest themselves in pure science, take a look at "Embodiment And Cognitive Science", 2006, Cambridge Press, by Raymond W. Gibbs, Jr., professor of psychology at University of California Santa Cruz, who therein says world peace will be had when all are treated as the mere reactive beasts they are and freed of all vestiges of a "superstitious and religious past".

Two "facts" typical of this book: 1. "...the phrases "human body" and "one's body" introduce much philosophical confusion and should be avoided in discussion of personal identity." (p. 16; obviously no room for talk, even if the science may be far from perfect); 2. "Simple activation of the idea "closer means stronger" with the p-prism "connecting proximity to intensity" allows students to understand why it is hotter in the summer than in the winter, because the sun is closer to the earth in summer." (p.155; a prime example of "obey, I have a degree!", as at the time of writing his book, World Book 2005 edition, Vol. 6 at p.17 clearly states:"Earth's orbit is not a perfect circle. Earth is slightly closer to the sun in early January and farther away in July."...watch out folks, World Book might be conspiring against this "flawless" scientist). 

Taking as mere example the years-long story of Texas (http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D9HMLMK00.htm ), every State has long experienced near or real bankruptcy due in large part to either jailing or providing immigrants with health and pediatric care.

This is why "amnesty", "open borders", and "national free health care for everyone" is such a farce. First, as usual, nationals of every stripe will continue to not get such "free" care...without their own insurance, here come the medical bills until at least 2014. Notice the Feds and everyone else have zero propaganda or ads telling you how to just go get whatever you need at any hospital, free of charge.

Second, Obamacare or whatever you want to call it has not reduced State and local financial crises one iota; in fact, despite promises of BIG Census money to come (even with so many immigrants present!) and things such as Oregon's Props 66 and 67 (which promised huge immediate tax collections from the "tons of rich folks in the State), Oregon and most States and Towns STILL are never-endingly slashing budgets...except, of course, for those deemed "necessary employees" genetically superior or something to every mere citizen and immigrant.

Obviously, all national health care has done is move the bankruptcy condition from all States, Counties, and Towns into one Federal deficit...and of course, the way States and such will then reduce need for services and jobs and economic participations will be to somehow "warehouse" those not solvently in their own homes or wholly tax-free subsidized, with inference the myriad "losers" will "wink, wink, you know...leave more for YOU, necessary workers and epigoni!".

Ah, of course! Start fixing up those homes NOW! As soon as anybody who can keep up with you Joneses stops polluting your block, cha-ching! Back in the chips! Obama has outwitted those Bush meant to keep MY area down with! In honor of Howard Dean's master Plan For Taking Back America: YEEEEEEEAAAAARRRRRRGGGHHH!. Hallelujah, they're taking THEM, not ME!!!!!

Um, "Napoleon"? Do you get out much? Have you seen just how much of the USA between the Mississippi and north/south/eastern borders has literally NOTHING but more and more and more and more New Urban housing? Do you realize that you're hardly the first to think you're "God's Elect" or nomenklatura? Do you know how many first generation immigrants there are in those places? How few farms, corporate offices, warehouses, anything commercial? How few houses of worship of ANY kind allowed? How few people per capita AREN'T subsidized within a free health care environment and in such context don't exactly "flip" their own homes or by purchase someone else's ? And that obviously, these folks already don't buy from you and cannot even if they wanted to given constraints of their vertical government dependencies? Gosh, they mostly don't pay taxes as they have no TAXABLE income in a Socialized system...guess YOU'LL have to pay more if YOU want more unless you see yourself as bailed-out directly as are trans-racial who "don't need to work" or the much smaller class known as "necessary workers".

And remember, "Napoleon", in April 2009 DHS publicly aired reports said they need to keep monitoring everyone in the USA through at least 2019 due largely to "perceived" recurrent downturns to the economy...if they sweep all "drains" away now, narcissists, and keep stuffing in immigrants who "don't want more out of life than children and a crib", duhhhh....then where WILL the next round(s) of "parasites dragging down neighborhoods" come from?

Truth is, "better-thans", for all the artifically inculcated theatre of faux racism, religious strife, and a media that plays to those ever-shrinking few still thinking it's 1978 "but for", for nationals and immigrants and global fans of freedom alike it DOES seem audacious to hope economic expectations greater than those in Castro's Cuba really lies ahead if staying this course...see, even Cubans at best can only expect USA tourists with zero dollars will go to Cuba and stimulate their economy with air, and that this will cause Castros to be nicer to Cubans...like when you give hundreds of billions of dollars to Wahhabi State Pakistani officials with no-strings "hope" they'll ask Wahhabi Taliban to play nicer.

We’ve heard a lot under George W. Bush about Islam; Ted Kennedy and pals used to cry that Bush had “created 1000’s of bin Ladens”; the real estate developer and would-be WTC Mosque builder, whom Obama wants as mid-East ambassador, seems among those who imply applying logic to autonomous facts takes all Muslims aback as a Crusade against Islam (even though only one Islamic school is built on such notion), with the need to watch for hits being far less due to anything in Islam than to general man-made disasters (except for BP oil spills); DHS per its April 2009 reports estimates that relative to finding 2001 AUMF Islamic terrorists and their pawns, anyone who has any criticism of any public policy sounds in Ladenist complaining and emboldens enemies to whom anyone further in economic crisis might turn to in hopes of restoring “perceived democracy”, thus until at least 2019 ANYBODY could become an AUMF target and ALL must be scrutinized constantly “as if” because they might just blame Islam for domestic insurrection, sedition, or crimes based on “perceived” recurrent economic downturns; and most public personalities paint it that all Muslims are out to destroy the world now that international Communism has ended with the 1991 birth of the Russian Federation...except for China, Cuba, Latin American lands, and such.

At the same time, even Obama says stay the 2001 AUMF course to defeat Islamic terrorism the sole subject of such AUMF, so let’s see if the way his administration goes about winning makes any sense.

As for the DHS take, even Obama’s ambassador-apparent asserts most Muslims aren’t radical extremists, and that there is a huge USA sentiment against Muslims…necessarily inferring most in the USA are not going to turn to Ladenists for anything, making it curious DHS opts to cast a net so large that what comparatively few martial criminals might even exist can study and work around overly broad systems…like everyday spammers and con artists et al do. Whereas DHS could plead cause if domestic independent agenda existed  in nature of eventually dealing with a teeny, tiny USA population having no money or credit autonomously earned or made, with planned recurrent surges in the amount of workers deemed unnecessary including for public or private charity assistance, it makes no sense to cast a net over everyone with otherwise far fewer “dedicated” types studying profile usages in crafting domestic or foreign-borne random or systematic violence in re 2001 AUMF material. In plain words, DHS seems too domestically distracted to be of true efficacy in the 2001 AUMF sense; its bosses themselves seem only to seek winning through psychology while affording DHS components whatever they ask on any grounds asked, with full awareness DHS seems distracted.  

Turning to the kind of Islamic terrorists Ted Kennedy claimed Bush made 1000’s of, it is impossible for any one nation or culture or combination or military action/non-action to be “the” cause of all 2001 AUMF terrorism. Kennedy meant people who are born into or credibly adopt Islam are as sour on the USA as are the 2001 AUMF guys, only on different grounds for not recognizing Islam is made up completely by diverse people drawing together who have violence as a part of their DNA and who need epigenetic “freedom fighter” excusal for their actions…the GOP had Virgil Goode, DEMs had Kennedy as two faces on one coin insofar as calling all Muslims an enemy.  

So who is a 2001 AUMF Muslim, and how do we tell?

This may surprise “end-times” Christians who think things popped up recently as part of the Apocalypse, but just as Christianity has Calvinist pre-determination and determinism cutting across Christian sects, circa AD 1760 an Islamic theologian known as Abd al-Wahhabe set down a draconian Muslim determinism such that Allah wills every last thing that happens to Muslims and others all over earth…from mundane everyday things to accidents to extra-judicial executions to infinity…and that there is no reason in religion or science why any government on earth should treat people differently leaders take whimsy, all global rulers doing God’s will and all further on Wahhabe’s doctrine Allah gave each race and place its own rulers and customs subject to local autocratic bents; obviously, one could be the head of any Islamic State and be a Wahhabi Muslim, not even the Taliban being creators or even necessary to a randomly pan-Islamic notion. It may be instructive to read, e.g., the 1961 ‘Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics” (Charles Scribner’s Sons), alphabetized topic “Wahhabis” as fact-check on this.

One can only wonder how western radical behaviorists, who insist not even the mind exists and that all life is pre-determined, and Calvinist preachers, are never “of interest” to DHS or their bosses, but to reiterate: 2001 AUMF terrorists are those who are or support State Islamic autocrats urging global governments to govern as they each please sans democratic principles; State Islamic leaders can force Muslims against their will into accepting and battling for nihilistic autocracy under a banner of Islam rather than the harboring or autocratic State flag; as history shows not even global autocracies are a guarantor that Allah won’t will this or that contests between crowned or arm-banded heads of States; and Wahhabi-minded State Islamic leaders and their supporters can hide behind their false epigenetic/deterministic Wahhabi claims as long as anyone agrees to conflate Islam into a “gene pool” for hotheads from every race.

My confusion therefore is: how does anyone on earth prevail against Wahhabi determinism through the USA practicing mirror determinism which further apologizes to Islamic State determinism? And whether Wahhabi, Calvinist, scientific radical behaviorist or otherwise, what is the coincidental Constitutional authority for setting a political or religious orthodoxy of determinism where such activity is not necessary to defeat an AUMF enemy?

At issue is the bare fact a Mosque of Islamic nature is to be built at or very near the so-called “ground zero” of the former World Trade Center in New York City, New York, said WTC having been credited as an action of non-State-sponsored terrorism by a group representing a tiny segment of epigenetic extremists demanding appeasement by all Muslims and the world together.

Although not encouraged in today’s academia, media, and politics, as with anything else one must at least attempt to put the Mosque issue into some context so that its meaning can be better defined, rather than gossiped about.

To begin, what is a Mosque? It’s akin to a Temple or Church or special religious gathering place, in this case intended to be for celebrating the religion of Islam only by those the Mosque deems members. But as Judaism has Orthodox, Conservative, and Reform sects, and as Christianity has the Eastern Orthodox/Roman Catholic as oldest surviving sects with a number of unrelated Protestant groups, so Islam has the Twelvers of Mahmoud Amadinejad’s favor, Shi’ia, Sunni, Kurds, Wahabbi of 18^th century origin and Laden’s Taliban, plus al-Ashari, al-Hilli, and other theological schools of Islam overwriting sects of divergent or opposing views of Mohammed’s prophecies…further with assorted Jurists and Imams attempting philosophical fine points as to whether Islam is a way of life to be universally ordered for everyone, or just Muslims, or in fact is just a spiritual path not really “micro-managing” this life but like the Bible pointing to eternal life on a spiritual plane. Did I mention that Islam also has Arab, African, and Hindu-derived official State versions abroad?

In other words, one isn’t likely to see rotation of Islamic sects through one Mosque, unless that’s all any or all layers of government make available as the one, the only place any New York Muslim can even let it be known they’re a Muslim…like in Gurnee, Illinois, where one Mormon Temple alternates between Hispanic, Asian, and other groups of Mormons as multiple sites for one religion really aren’t “en vogue” today…in China, Cuba, the USA, and elsewhere, usually on grounds “superstition” defined by radical behaviorists has to be guarded against, or on claims too many places of worship might slow finding “bad apples” or would simply hurt tax bases by parking in their own lots and thus keeping shoppers away…because officials say so. In such a case, a “ground zero” Mosque would simply mean officials are no happier with even peaceful Islamic sects than they are with Jews, Christians, humanist ethical culturists, or any similar.

So if one plays reactionary and assumes the words “ground zero Mosque” can only mean praising the efforts of Islamic extremists to the exclusion of all other believers and atheists, although intriguing it can’t be suggested to construct an ecumenical center for all beliefs to counter extremism in every faith, it’s incompetent to say a Mosque will be built for use by only the harshest Muslims until, if ever, any official(s) anywhere actually intend it be used for such extremist preaching or respect such preaching on-site, if any.

It may be that if restricting Islamic expression to one place, something Taliban/Egyptian/Pakistani/Darfur/Somalian/Hamas/Hezbollah/Iranian and other leaders would have to spot, USA DHS NICC-type ops are exactly intending no more than such pick-up by foreign despots, in order to help make it seem anyone of any faith at all who objects to concentrating camps of their peaceful worshippers…or concentrating where proclamation/advertising of one’s own faith may be made “for security purposes” or “to guard against superstition over radical behaviorism/science”…therefore “sounds like an extremist” or “provokes Islam through claiming entitlement to more fill-in-the-blank outlets than Islam”. A lot of control freaks today (believing no reason in Heaven or in science makes anyone more individual than a talking monkey or cat) chafe at the simple religious belief a soul or mind capable of choice exists, or the ethical culturist belief autonomous facts can exist, after all, and find that questions are burdens to others while a still tongue makes for a happy (if excrutiatingly dull) life…unless needs change.

To reiterate, constructing a building known as a Mosque in and of itself means nothing…its construction has not yet been set in a formal context for intended use(s) by or through anyone at all; gossip and snap assumptions leave huge margins for self-defeating error; and only time will tell what a finished and open WTC Mosque finds for its true context.
