Durbin Visa Cap Proposal Seems Just A Faith And Political Snare.

Per a Congress.org PSA link to me today, it is represented Senatord Durbin (D-IL) wants a cap on H1-b visas until employers fill jobs with nationals and immigrants already here.

The problem is, Senator Durbin in all other legislation opposes ENFORCEMENT, enforcement funding, or both, to ensure that can happen; also, here within his own Illinois, it appears the politically orthodox economy is full speed ahead on new urban immigrant and handpicked "needy nationals", just as strong as ever with not much else on the current drawing board including preserving or adding to NUMBER of existant commercial and ethanol/agricultural edifices, in fact shrinking them ...which of course requires the same old same olds, and last I looked neither Bush nor the GOP were in charge of Illinois State-distributed funds; also, where will all the credito come from for these ever-growing folks you "can't compassionately turn away from housing or healthcare"...even if that's all you expect any nationals or immigrants will need, despite chances of repaying "kindnesses".

The United States recently was reported as now having the highest number of inmates in its entire history; that certainly is not a prideful boast, and occurs amid not a whit of HOW anybody already here can turn that around, nor do some officials think asking them to be allowed to "is healthy" or otherwise their responsibility...for example, in Chicago and many other towns, how binding, if even allowed, is any nature of citicen's advisory re TIFD's and such? Too often, the variances between advisories, sometimes even houses of faith, and officials is settled via eminent domain.

Wherefore, the Durbin proposal seems aimed more at garnering racist votes in that all it does is say "no more immigrants!" period...yet with all funding for enforcement opposed by Durbin, and his Illinois orthodoxy set on more a nature of expanding its status quos, in burning candles to the middle from both ends Durbin offers immigrants little as "accomplishments" in their regard.

I respectfully submit that slowing the pace of immigration for the purposes it effects despite vocalizations of intents seems necessary, and that Congress consider what other nations looking at the USA as a "dump for surplus folks" are doing in their own lands and if that will build export potential for any goods we might ideate; also, would acting like those nations be likely to increase USA dreams and help it keep other democracies and peaceable peoples inching ever upward?

It would seem to me as but one voter that people and faiths trying to rebuild the traditional American dreams be allowed a chance to do so, and that all funding and legislative issues relevant to them be proposed and enacted in that spirit...seems less divisive than sound byte driven legislative cobbling, or traps to see if say Pope supporters can possibly agree with Durbin and on the fast shuffle face of it not seem like racist Crusaders some say the Pope and Vatican catholics are.

Graffiti On Chicago Catholic Schools Warrants Swift Intergovernmental Action.

In the online version of my local parish bulletin for April 06, 2008, there appeared dry notice that all lay ministerial and RCIA classes would be cancelled until the FAll; following said date, Obama (D-IL) was in media as saying people who are bitter cling to religious faith; today, as my wife and I were flipping between Weather Channel "local on the 8's" and CLTV "weather on the 1's" circa 6:00 AM, we saw our first CLTV report several Chicago Catholic universities and a grade school would be closed today due to alleged graffiti which said people would die or be harmed. By happenstance, a Pope some Democrats have said is in a Crusade against Islam, and whose catechism isn't controlling in the archdiocese due to same's claims it no longer has power over religious edifices of education, will be in the USA this week; it appears Pope Benedict's photo and related EWTN network generally are kept at low profile in this archdiocese.

There are therefore four natural types of suspects, if true: those who oppose the Iraq war or Mid East presence of troops (takes in foreign and domestic, those who say Pope a Crusader, those who say are foreign terrorists boasting the USA won't beat them); those opposed to other Christian confraternity with the Vatican (those in Roman Catholic Church as well as Protestants against "collusion with Rome"); those opposed to "different" catechism and faith being taught (subsets abortion opponents, gay marriage or union opponents, supporters of Christ's divinity, and so forth); and ala Columbine, Virginia Tech, NIU, et al, nutcase students or randoms.

I mention because, assuming any graffiti exists as alleged made, lack of popularity of Papal reference and appearance archdiocese survives quite well on donations alone, and parish cancellations amid Obama's remarks, there is unspoken inference at first blush anyone siding with the Pope on ANYTHING from social justice for immigrants to theology may find themselves "of interest" as but one collectivization of suspects; ditto other traditional political people. I should think even Democrats would want to avoid image of possibility Vatican Catholics "get slogged through first" (instead of all, all together) while some say Iraq is but a Crusade and "Bush made up 9/11 against Qaeda"...so "who wants to say they're FOR the Pope this election year?". What if, like me, someone believes, for example, that gay civil unions are within the power of the State...they just don't seem appropriate for Catholic sentiment (akin to pols passionately or obsessively demanding gay marriages, but not indulging in gay acts themselves nor browbeating their own children into doing so; I minus attitude of some to further then withhold society FOR being gay)?

There is a tendency today to jump on ANY public threat or tragedy, imply the school of suspects is large, let the story fade away calling the issue "open", and thus alienating many from ANY expressions whatsoever. My own only Church-State issue is, as Pelosi's objection to religious control and oppression re China, what foreign leaders  may make over State funding of religion at all (and ala China, appearance State influences faith texts, dogma, and clergy appointments); and the other month even PFAW objected to waste of faith funds, if accusing only the GOP of it, and surely no one wants Pelosi, PFAW, or me to clam up "or else"...including threats from beneficiaries of any such funding largess.

As to security, I myself would like to see inter-governmental forward action on the CLTV story. No one, absolutely no one, should feel they better do or not do something normal, participate or not in traditional political processes, or otherwise not go about routine life, because they might get hurt and there's nothing government can do about it.

Just this year, despite claims of "tighter than a tasering tick" security, there's been the easy access violence at Virginia Tech, NIU, an Illinois Lane Bryant; and on Easter Sunday protesters of Iraq war splashed attendees of Holy Name Cathedral with fake blood (story's died down, after one report weeks ago protesters then went to Episcopal Church for bail request, leaving impressions hang for THAT Church)...and now Jimmy Carter even thinks all you can do is make nice with foreign terrorists and keep your fingers crossed, and boo-hoo folks clam up after tragedy/threats never stopped...as if to say the idea is at least killers overseas have no reason to "act up" and if they do afterward, well, next election's four years off, we'll think of something.

Wherefore, as I and all persons in my relevant geography, if not the whole USA, could be subject to random attack(s) based on third-party religious or political interest(s), I respectfully submit that all levels of government should work together in identifying truth or falsity of graffiti and any related, if any, and if true swiftly crushing whoever makes threats such as CLTV represented.

Obama Faith Remark Betokens Democrat "Need" To Leave Mid East.

My local parish is a Roman Catholic parish situated within the archdiocese of Chicago, which takes in ALL Cook and Lake Counties of Illinois; Illinois has a completely Democrat legislature and Executive branch, and is represented in the U.S. Senate by Democrat Senators Durbin and Obama.

Earlier this year, January 23, 2008 to be precise, it appears my parish mailed my wife and to me a single "welcome" note, with chastisement represented that although married civilly by a Judge 20 years ago to preserve my Roman Catholic faith and my wife's Lutheran faith, rules apply which will keep us out of actual "membership" until such time as my wife converts to Catholicism, although we would be free to otherwise attend and volunteer; that same time, my parish requested Insta-Sets in Ohio to send us temporary donation envelopes, although ordering only half the envelopes they could have for the same one dollar cost; we've never received any since of any nature, nor has my parish ever reached to us in any way(s) since; shortly thereafter, I discovered that some in politics appeared to be jockeying to say that if you did not attend ANY faith's Church clergy at which reject the tenets of the Vatican catechism, and also add homosexual conduct to acceptable social units, you may be "of interest" under looming Democrat HR 1955 say-so homegrown terrorist fundamentalism. So even if you went, as long as say my parish says "no, you don't", well...and it's only coincidental the archdiocese clergy, Cardinal objections or not, teach, give up interest in education to allow teaching, and otherwise do this amid Illinois giving them public funds for administering parish activities in communities.

Now, at that time I was also informed that no matter how other parishioners appeared or talked, I was THE only one interested in Vatican catechism on social justice...see, as reports for each week's collections show in each bulletin, every week the Church meets or exceeds its weekly budget in collections from parishioners...most are just "slumming". Well, if that were the case, again, why would they NEED State funds at all? Yet, through St. Vincent DePaul, Catholic Charities, and such parishioners "don't need", immigrants are collectivized apart from others and ministered to as if dealing with State welfare and immigration contracted officers, and all the parish asks is for its staff to have luncheons and anything else paid for.

Immediately following Easter, I notified my parish and others of my impression Vatican catechism items 1550, 2089, 2120, and 2357 were therein being discarded, that more than once I had noted it to the Church, and thus per New Testament 16 Romans 17, II Timothy 3:4-5, and Titus 3:10 I would no longer provide my presence or funds to my parish or any part of its archdiocese; I have not since nor has my Lutheran wife, and we thought that was the end of it until one day I can attend another archdiocese; I have EWTN in meantime, as well as Vatican and Bishopric faith study materials.

Yesterday someone showed me online that my parish, for the April 13, 2008, bulletin, printed "Mr. and Mrs. (my name)" as new members; CLTV on local cable today represented Obama as recently having said anyone going to Church clings to faith as they're bitter over direction of the domestic USA...so now if a Church says I AM a member I'm some little "bum" unlike other parishioners who "hates immigrants", something like that? Does that extend, say, to those in public office, even those in the United Church Of Christ?

So the archdiocese, ipse dixit, needs NO State funding of any kind, as their parishoners' contributions without it will prove where they stand on gay activity and all other things, and avoid looking like they politic for Obama and related whether or not parishioners agree or even know. Oh, and my parish remains in lockstep with the rest in the archdiocese in not mentioning that EWTN or the Papal Visit exist.

I would suggest that beyond my own self, the bigger idea HAS to be that per Carter inter alia foreign Islamic terror is unbeatable and thus must be negotiated with...worked for Carter and the world in and since 1979, eh? Then, Democrats through Obama types can set up that only scum likes the Vatican catechism, and by leaving the Mid East to terrorists of course they'll act up, they being fundamentalists or unemployed, so by parallel inference to "prevent homegrown" you just pick up anyone in the USA who simply is unemployed or even waves at some Pope or similar clergy. Progress, dignity, security...yeeeaaarrrrrgggghhhh!!! Hmm...still seems to need work on the rough edges prior to Conventions, readers on the Left.

Speaking for myself on faith, I was baptised at birth as a Roman Catholic in 1960; I was therein confirmed 1973; I follow with all my heart The Vatican's version of everything. One of a number of them, my RC faith was started 2,008 years ago, and has transcended oh so many good and bad times, this and that ideologies...all with the same sort of devotion to God as now expressed by Pope Benedict XVI; I have so conducted my life no matter what era, what age, what economics...national or personal. And I shall continue to pray for each and every one of us on this planet, as I continue to live by the Vatican Catechism of the Catholic Church on behalf of all our goods together.

The Pope, Petraeus, And Other Strawmen And Silver Bullets.

Syllabus from media and amorphous elitists: keep going with never-ending expansion of all domestic staus quos and simply blame Bush, China, Pope.

Let's see...in 2006, the reason blindly voting Democrat was a "good" idea was that for several years the GOP ran Federal government, and so naturally voting opposite would bring "splash with cash forever" fortune and security to little guys and immigrants; oh, yes...to sound noble...Iraq in 2006 (the one Pelosi now says we need "real" answers for, as if Petraeus scum) was definitely just another Sunni-Shiite civil war we had no interest in nor right to police, per DEMOCRATS, NOT Petraeus...but please police Darfur.

Well, Democrats took Congress on that, and lickety-split we needed the novel "1974" as the new Roberts Rules Of Order, and Stalin's view of religion unless, ala China, religious faiths and charities agreed to embrace the concept of holding abstract societal health and public ministry thereof above the diverse population...if they wanted to continue faith funding under a new deal; per HR 1955, those laity then rejecting such re-written faiths could qualify as "fundamentalists ala Laden and Qaeda" and oooh...aren't most Qaedan types unemployed, poor, struggling, et al? Like shipping jobs to China, dissolving USA borders and military, on ruse it would placate the international community, Democrats and amorphous boosters looked to devote as much agricultural and ANY land...even ethanol potential or not...to ever-expanding warehousing of surplus populations as international leaders would allow them huge salaries as offset to great losses; no USA commerce needed, since China would be a bottomless banker to all...earth-friendly solar energy and such could be called "progressive" rather than "all you can afford" re little guys, and global warming...not overbuilding and over-immigration...could be said to cause "draughts" and shortages of water.

In 2008, Democrats and their orthodoxy find last year's ideas not well received, so here's why Bruno and Tony suggest you vote pro-Pelosi as counted by Chavez-made no-trail votomatics: okay, really, all along Iraq has been a Crusade against all Islam, of which Laden and Alibabajihad are Kings; if we chuck the Poope's catechism for the more international "Christ mere concept" ideology plus lam out of Iraq, peace will reign worldwide, and peeps prefer State religion and collectivism over stanky Popish values...yeeeeaaarrrrrggghhhh!!!

Indeed, some...ala every Democrat in or from Illinois...have had infinite global and GOP strawmen who are "the voices" compelling them to do as they do...but not "safe to stop unless a Democrat in White House unless conspiracy lives on again"...yes, Bush even "makes" folks divert funds and raise salaries.

Now, all foregoing seeming to fizzle, some have discovered THE definite "all votes Democrat" silver bullet for 2008: did you know China is reputed to have a poor history on religious expression? See, Bush won't boycott the Olympics this year, so he hates human rights...yeeeaaarrrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!

Re said China syndrome:

1. Bush bashers call China a puke for funding and influencing assorted religions in its borders...but why boycott if some bashers think the USA should continue to hand faith funds for States to unaccountably control in THEIR borders?

2. Boycott or not, hey...an international committee, NOT Bush, a while ago picked China...the first murder of Jesuits by Communist Chinese was 1948, so wouldn't committee nations share in Bush "guilt"? I mean, didn't THEY know the record when THEY gave Olympics to China? What, the European Union (another Pope hater) just setting Bush up and others playing along?

3. Earlier this year it appeared, after YEARS of Bush pushing freedom to China, that same WAS for it loosening up; are some just throwing sand in our eyes in lieu of real ideas, AGAIN? Boycott then just a sham to say IT caused reform(s)?

4. Whether or not then a boycott would do no more than be unnecessary, deprive USA athletes of chance at medals, and wreck religious progress, given the dismantling of USA borders and military, just what would some lay out as NEXT step(s) if boycott produced nothing? Would Bush be bad FOR boycotting then?

Wherefore, I continue to support President Bush in re Iraq, national security, and diplomacy...as to domestics, one hopes by Conventions some will come up with better than status quo based on a kaleidoscope of infinite strawmen "making" them do it, especially when they include nations like China yet have few police or troops or bases, and wish to lose the only dependable fuel allies we have including Iraq...Mymood Alibabajihad hates the USA since Carter and now China himself, and appears readying to gobble up ALL oil not run by his pal Chavez, which is a bad idea globally for nuclear security and living standards generally...this or that brand of Christianity or anything else wholly irrelevant to the raw power of fuel monopoly.

Now back to awaiting to comment on any Papal objectors next saying "down with the Pope and HIS catechism set against elitism, collectivization, moral relevancy, aggression or oppression; but for respect between nations, races, faiths, and classes globally; and for global social justice and peace!".

Illinois Democrat Boy Governor Leaps Into Spirit Of Green And Weather Disaster Relief!

I use the title in its sarcastic sense, since annually our Boy Governor Rod Blagojevich (D-IL) and folks like Durbin and Obama and like-minded cronies around the USA always have the same old levees, floodplains, couple of purposely unshoveled snows, yadda, yadda, yadda, to create the "new" fill-in-the-blank weathermergency, from which...yes, AGAIN...they're going to slam Bush and demand mucho bucks to "recover".

Today, believe it or not, the Des Plaines River in Illinois is again nearing flood stage (less dramatically than when it just receded after flooding slightly after snowmelt); this means it could go a foot or so over by the weekend. Seizing the dramatic opportunity of say the Weather Channel reporting on ANYTHING other than dull rote forecasts, it appears the Warren Township High School and grade school have let their students out early to save "the chillllllddddddrrrrreeeennnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!!" from a watery scourge of God, likely of POSSIBLE proportions it would drive Noah to drink.

Mercy stars, sure is a brave, pro-active he-manly anti-Bush-like defender of Illinois there, and he loves children struggling, fretting parents, blocked roadways...oh lawdy, massa Bush, kin yo' bwah Blago have some floodmergency megabucks which he can use to recover and prevent recurrances in this election year?

Aw, wait a minute! Those kids are sashaying, not running, in the "magnum rain", and most are piling into the half-block away Warren-Newport library; most have no parents in a rush to come get them, nothing new; roads aren't closed or traffic distressed; no mass or ANY sandbagging going on; nothing but dramatics and "pro-active non-Bush-like closures" as moods take...and no calls to once and for all or AT ALL evacuate those allowed to constantly live right by this constant flooder of usually never more than 9 feet at crest.

Oh, Blago and say Louisiana Democrats are non-Bush-like, to be sure; Bush gets that moolah to 'em every time, and every time it disappears, more new urban immigrant housing goes up, and all that's taken away are jobs and agriculture...and yep, not one singleton seems to be spent on say levees or diversion of the Des Plaines River or relocating floodplain dwellers...guess SOME nationals have to stay, 'cause they pull in big easy Federal dollars in lieu of say tax uncollected due to lack of anyone else with income sufficient.

Same old same old, no matter how many eons and Presidents come and go; blame infinite strawmen as "the voices" you hear "making" you do or not do something popular; the usual non-responsible attitude, never having a single idea or care to have such ideas, for those who believe the USA is more an abstract form sending State lawyers to tend its abstract health, as if voters were therein just clients to control, discipline, and have someone get a settlement for them, of course lawyer-legislator-social physicians deserving of lofty pay to assure "only the best will be called for office".

This is why I continue to support President Bush re Iraq and national security and diplomacy; and why I will support Conservative candidates for 2008 generals. Perhaps Democrats and Independents and some GOP will evolve a post-Convention display of a program for at least stopping things ongoing, unpopular, but "sigh...infinite strawmen are responsible, so why fix the tools used to effectuate the words of any...after all, that's only done for government-backed religions, where the job IS to change the Word employed by God to include that political representation isn't direct, thus you're judgmental if talk up or back simple".

Do We REALLY Need A "No Controversial Nominees In Election Year" Rule?

Today, PFAW inter alia sent me generic e-PSAs, same all representing as or in nature that "Democrats are the voice of the people in all things, now go demand Reid et al enforce that rule about not nominating controversial Judges in an election year!!!!!!!".

Aw, that voice that doesn't need to hear from me 'cause it knows best for me, including in State-authored religion; aw, that voice for ME and all us little guys and gals and chiillllldddrrrreeennnn, that sees no risks to us under the Father State mentality they and their handpicked orthodoxy (governmental, religious, and business) shall forever lead, blaming inifinite domestic and foreign strawpeople while paring their own military and police and non-State language faiths and commerce; aw, that voice of the people looking out for ME in making sure "no controversial Judges are nominated in an election year"...the only REAL thing anyone need do before the election, and thereafter.

If I WERE hearing that as MY voice, I'd ask for a lobotomy or somethingazine to the max, or see an exorcist, because either I'd be schizophrenic or possessed.

Yes, I continue to support Conservative or at least USA traditional candidates for 2008 general elections. And as for this standalone rhetoric re talking head/point "controversial judges in an election year", first: absolutely EVERY Judge nominated by Bush for eight years has ALWAYS been called controversial by Democrats and their boosters; second: as say PFAW uses this legal tool, it connotes that Bush and the GOP have dark, sinister, oppressive forces who will only "make permanent" all the things folks in Democrat areas don't like and which "durn GOP and Bush" are "making" them do as if this Socialist-type Democrat swagger will fade upon Democrat ascendency to the White House and all offices in the USA...i.e., as always, that's what the Left WILL say again like always, and aw, maybe PFAW and Dems are trying to "help" little guys through making the GOP look like it HAS some such to hide through tacit agreement re "controversial= we have folks you won't like, but you wait if'n we win", and similar inferences.

Well, MY voice tells me that the reason the left wants no Judges nominated is because it would be "controversial" to all candidates period, meaning especially Democrats and modernist Independents would HAVE to divulge more about where THEY stand in an election year, instead of just grandstanding on Iraq and insisting it's USA nationals and "wretched if pitiable immigrant waifs" we need to go Gestapo/KGB upon in a brave new era of every fiber of one's life and faith run by amorphous internationalistic elitists.

Because the objection put to me by relevant parties today is that White House nominations are feared controversial in an election year, and because I verily believe objectors simply to want to make their own post-election agenda(s) known to the public at-large prior to elections, wherefore, I respectfully submit that no Senate rule barring "controversial" nominations of any kind ought to be enforced, and in fact further so submit that perhaps the very rule itself be rescinded in toto.

Logic Does Not Favor Odds Bush Strongarms Religions Or Local Officials.

Oh, how you can get a headache listening to most USA Catholic and other clergy: the Becket Fund laments should any faith's clergy speak up about any issue other than abortion, the IRS will gobble them up as political speakers (untrue, as only being pro/con candidates/parties qualifies...but makes Bush/GOP SOUND oppressive, yet that's "not political"); archdiocesan clergy in Chicago lament they've "given up control" of Catholic universities due to ex officio faith funding by government (if true, official(s) not named causing, so infer from other laments), and it's Bush foreign policy joining with foreign elements teaching Christ wasn't divine plus intimidating clergy into looking like they're pro-gay unions so the position only INFERS clergy support people opposite to Bush (even if the same clergy afforded their own approbations "off camera" to Obama on gay union issues; the Pope is a heretic trying to divide the world with a Crusade against Islam fought by Bush, calling for the same catechism the rest of the world uses to be used in English-speaking nations, and so forth; and on and on it goes...including a stance that watching EWTN will only rot one's mind, said Catholic network viewed by many faiths' members.

How can one be sure Bush isn't pulling strings? Well, think back to 1976, when a ton more people in the USA were Catholics...that was the year a new Catechism of the Catholic Church came out, from a French translation having then few cognates in English...and this CCC was for English-speaking only! The same people who call the Pope a "heretic" today were amongst those then latching onto it anyway, even though the Vatican never adopted it; that CCC neutered Christ, went from the filioquee to "in the name of the Creator, Redeemer, and holy essence", stuff like that; in 1992-1994, John Paul II adopted a more clear translation...ever since, the same old voices have given lip service to the new CCC, but acted as if the more derogatory bad translation controlled, on some vague whimsy doing so "buys goodwill" from non-English speaking Europeans and others.

Such clergy say the "heresy" of Popes continues where, like Bush, they view Osama bin Laden types as mad dog multi-cultural killers instead of the King Of All Islam and a Crusade victim...they say if we'd just quit "Crusading", life would be safe for the globe from terror, meaning nobody would need armies in English-speaking nations again.

Then there's the clergy who insist most English-speaking nationals of ANY nation, regardless of personal demographics, are "spoiled brats/racists/Tios Tomas", and so on, whereas ALL immigrants are "wretched peons of no account in their own lands" who need USA and related shelter; and see, we need to go green and save water for the newcomers aplenty, since this mounting "nation of nincompoops" is incompetent and given to debauchery en route to salvation, needing more HR 1955 "socialist-style warehousing" than expectation of jobs or commerce...it's the price nations pay when they've LOST a Crusade, regardless of anyone's personal DREAMs.

Now, the Pope gets about as much cooperation therefore from his English-speaking clergy as say Bush does from amorphous pols: "Sure, we lip service ya when youse sez da good soundin' stuff, but wese does what we wants anyway den blames youse!".

Wherefore, I rest my case that political opinions of clergy amount to little more than imprimaturs (thumbs up) on the status quo , paid for by amorphous elitists...yet such opinions are no cause to abandon your FAITH, since ALL clergy ALWAYS dishrag or wet-noodle it to ANY noisemakers since the dawn of faith; pray for such folks, don't read this or that into congreagtions saddled by them and any related "charities"/schools. But do consider on the secular side if it seems prudent to dissolve numbers of military/police, give remainder Gestapo/KGB powers on say-so of any pol, then spread the status quo to other lands on canard "duh, wese is jus' doin' wut whoever dem ever-changin' amorphous ferren leaders wants us ta do"...in case the buck passing to infinite strawmen one day results in foreign traditional military offense(s) against the USA, or in case the Binster really ISN'T the King Of Islam merely ousting a Crusade.

Reworking Ongoing Global Elitism As "NEW For Making Amends For Iraq".

Through a link from a Catholic lay organization, I joined my own text with theirs and emailed the following to several Catholic Universities, in support that recipients of governmental funds for faith-building who then actually re-define a faith in coincidence to their funding authority(ies) ought to have all possible funding immediately withheld; further, I directed an email of same to the HQ of the archdiocese of Chicago and thereafter represent their reply following:

"In Ex Corde Ecclesiae, Pope John Paul II affirmed that "every Catholic university, without ceasing to be a university, has a relationship to the Church that is essential to its institutional identity." He also stated that "the institutional fidelity of the university to the Christian message includes a recognition of and adherence to the teaching authority of the Church in matters of faith and morals."

Disregarding Ex Corde Ecclesiae, many Catholic institutions of higher learning, including your own, allow and in some cases even recognize "pro-homosexual" clubs and/or activities.

In varying degrees of intensity, such groups and activities participate in the homosexual movement's open and radical challenge to 2,000 years of Catholic moral teaching. The movement's subversive agenda endangers the souls of students who have a right to study on a Catholic campus without being subjected to organized efforts to promote unnatural vice.

I therefore join TFP Student Action in respectfully urging you to discontinue authorizing or recognizing any pro-homosexual group and/or activities on your campus. Your clear and forceful steps in this matter are necessary to avert further scandal.  I strongly believe this agenda must be denounced and opposed, not assisted.

In signing this petition, I have no intention to defame or disparage anyone. I am not moved by hatred for any individual.  My only intent is to defend the Catholic identity of Catholic universities against the advance of a homosexual agenda that seeks to impose social acceptance of homosexual behavior.

The point is not to afford Catholic political platforms for homosexuals, but to show that if...just like the rest of us...they keep exuberance of their routine sexuality in context of gender identity rather than something to flaunt, they can partake of the same things we do within official Vatican contexts. For example, would the Church or any part thereof, or ANY faith really, have a pedophile club, smokers club, drug users club, prostitutes and pole dancers club, and so on, with intent of focusing on protecting such activities as canon "social charity? No, they would not, and the same goes for gay life praise as much as it would heterosexual orgy mongering or polygamy.

Anything else in the Roman Catholic Latin Church is purely modernist internationalism...a type of politics...and any such institution offering same should limited to them alone be taxed and fined per IRS regulations, in that anti-Papism today is really attraction or motivation of incardinates at-large into humanism, whether any particular political party in any nation also espouses humanism and attendant philosophies; and where politicians DO found themselves upon such rhetoric AND have a hand in administering faith-based funds to religious organizations and groups urging the same, such funding should be discontinued in addition to application of IRS penalties or similar in other lands."

Wherefore, I have received via USPS today a generic PSA from Francis Cardinal George to begin paying my Annual Catholic Appeal pledge; but Our Lady Of Humility displayed the consecrated Host for Eucharistic Adoration Holy Thursday in the Church only as wafers in a can, not a Host in monstrance (which they have as seen Laetare Sunday and not reported missing), said Church dissuades against the Pope and EWTN, and is part of an archdiocese-wide RCIA to educate contrary to the Vatican if one wants to be on member rolls...and now has no Eucharistic Ministry to speak of as if it's not that important for the Host to be received by as many as possible, and preaches denigration of immigrants via calling them all poor guttersnipes while telling diverse nationals they are unworthy of social charity including community programs, their only duty being to provide food and money for immigrants via copious collections on top of government and corporate funding...no, even if you attend regularly and DON'T complain, or even know grounds thereof, at least half will never be said to be members as one side of the political equation says appearance of non-attendance suggest parallel of terrorist bent while attendance means endorsement of such opiners' overall agendas.

I have sent my concerns to the USCCB and await answer, but in the pendency I am withholding both my presence in any Chicago archdiocese RC Church, and until the USCCB directs me otherwise I regretfully will withhold not only cash donations but all monies pledged until if ever it is clarified such money will not be used to teach other than as Pope Benedict defines liturgy, catechism, and faithful citizenship."[End of cited text]

The Chicago RC archdiocese emailed me back, ignoring any mention at all of the additional local Church issues or the politics generally of faith-based funding; they did not tell me THEY don't support gay lifestyles...they just denied influence over Catholic campuses; they said that their culture separates the gay person from gay activity, that is not an equivocation, further respondent indicated not. A short reply to me, indeed, and if compared to say the 1971 edition of 'Trial Diplomacy' by Alan E. Morrill (which acknowledges input from Melvin Belli, and a slew of then Chicago Democrat bigshot lawyers and Judges), it would be illuminated as non-responsive...not all Conservatives have three teeth as they write or read things, folks.

Well, no...to the extent the gay person, ala Raymond Burr appearing in those early 1950's Catholic mini-movies re Biblical times and the Passion of Christ (he even played Peter once), wishes to join in articulated Catholic cultures such as Church or campuses under the same sexually neutral religious pursuit all other Catholics do, the gay person is trying as well as the rest of us do and we work together; but to hold separate, gay-only classes is just yet ANOTHER collectivist, divisive, alienating tactic akin to "all immigrants wretches" or  "all USA or EU nationals heathen scum" and so forth, even where the person IS separated from their acts...and where some campuses further hold pro-gay lifestyle events, well, that does seem adrift of the Roman Catholic Magisterium and then some.

I continue to support the omnipartisan effort to get politicians and corporations out of providing the manifest majority of funds to ALL faiths, worldwide...don't forget, when say the Catholics bar divorced folks, well, today that's zillions in the USA, and thus they shouldn't have to choose another faith(s) and in any event should not have their public money splashed by a faith upon things more in-line with the locally governing politicians (e.g., pro-European Union pro-homosexual lifestyle opinion of Illinois United States Senator Barack Obama, Democrat: http://www.cnsnews.com/ViewPolitics.asp?Page=/Politics/archive/200803/POL20080303b.html; Durbin is his senior Illinois Senator and apologist, Illinois is in second term complete Democrat State Legislature and Executive branch control...then there's all that LOST, HR 6, HR 1955, out of Iraq, appease Laden, et al Socialist collectivization of the Western Hemisphere many Democrats are fond of pushing).  It would seem faith heads on their own, in re the Catholic Church the Pope for example, can't de-motivate humanist clergy and campuses, so maybe making them less prone to ANY politicians' agendas via cutting faith funds is a good start.

See? Global elitists thirst for a USA with no water, farms, too many houses, hordes of global cast-offs wandering streets unemployed without credit or other jobs/income, ad infinitum...and squeal with glee as every USA official who kites their own pay says "let global appeasement roll...yeeeaaarrrrrggghhhh!!!!", and in English-speaking nations, with religious handmaids more in nature of bands playing loudly at Auschwitz so at least they survive if no one else does.

Global Governmental Funding Of Faiths Yields More Clinkers.

Through a link from a Catholic lay organization, I joined my own text with theirs and emailed the following to several Catholic Universities, in support that recipients of governmental funds for faith-building who then actually re-define a faith in coincidence to their funding authority(ies) ought to have all possible funding immediately withheld:

Wherefore, I have received via USPS today a generic PSA from Francis Cardinal George to begin paying my Annual Catholic Appeal pledge; but the Church which originated my pledge this January has since displayed the consecrated Host for Eucharistic Adoration Holy Thursday in the Church only as wafers in a can, not a Host in monstrance (which they have as seen Laetare Sunday and not reported missing), said Church dissuades against the Pope and EWTN, and is part of an archdiocese-wide RCIA to educate contrary to the Vatican if one wants to be on member rolls...and now has no Eucharistic Ministry to speak of as if it's not that important for the Host to be received by as many as possible, and preaches denigration of immigrants via calling them all poor guttersnipes while telling diverse nationals they are unworthy of social charity including community programs, their only duty being to provide food and money for immigrants via copious collections on top of government and corporate funding...no, even if you attend regularly and DON'T complain, or even know grounds thereof, at least half will never be said to be members as one side of the political equation says appearance of non-attendance suggest parallel of terrorist bent while attendance means endorsement of such opiners' overall agendas.

I have sent my concerns to the USCCB and await answer, but in the pendency I am withholding both my presence in any Chicago archdiocese RC Church, and until the USCCB directs me otherwise I regretfully will withhold not only cash donations but all monies pledged until if ever it is clarified such money will not be used to teach other than as Pope Benedict defines liturgy, catechism, and faithful citizenship.

At least this shows you can't "fix things like flipping a switch" by voting Democrat, Independent, or anything else, blindly...even when PFAW exhorts virulently against religion, always missing is "so anyway, Dems would stop funding faiths", probably because then A) they get USA and EU (cute how EU could be mistaken for 'Estados Unidos', isn't it?) faiths to never stop being ersatz immigration and welfare agencies, and B) can blame the GOP as States "have" to do it when a GOP is President, then yap anew for another decade "vast right-wing conspiracy!!!"  or "China or fill-in-the-blank will demand it!" when a Dem President or State STILL "has to do it"...and forget such "faiths" evolve per fave pols worldwide, and always on "re-education" from the top down, like all revolutions. At least amorphous elitists across the globe can scratch each other's backs more leisurely as a result.

Other than that, who cares WHAT any religion says beyond conscience and spirit direction; all of them do that best when politicians don't pull the purse strings. On such basis, getting government out of religion makes as much sober sense today as when William F. Buckley Jr. first said government and religion/charity need lives of their own.

Pelosi's China Syndrome Just More Global Hot Air.

Oh, brave, brave, Democrats and amorphous elitists...just when we think you're all just trying to generate as much alienation in our lives from workplaces to churches to you name it (so we all"skulk off"), while damning say AMC for running an old Hammer film where a crucifix is shown repelling a vampire yet almost giddy AMC instead runs Death Wish movies as if to "infer" the chillllddddrreeennnnn! (e.g., high school shooters, NUI, Virginia Tech) can better deal with alienation with proper re-education, well, wouldn't you know, sober Shiraz Sippers are chiding that Roman Catholic racist Crusader George W. Bush not only to take guns off Bin Laden types and get 'em HR 1955'ed on his own folks, they're taking him to task for not boycotting Beijing Olympics due to China's way of governing.

Yessir, Chinese Communists fund religion and regulate it, unlike in the USA, so Dems will keep that going here; yessir, Communists just submerge their folks in myths and inculcate them into isolation leading to their being "dissidents" or otherwise of "social unhealthiness warranting monitoring or detention or NKVD vans"; yessir, can't Bush see he must chide China so that A) see? he wrecks respect abroad; B) vote for Dems, nuff said, keep truckloads of immigrants, go jobless/agriculture green, truck in megatons per year more immigrants "surplus to other dictators and warehouse them until better days", and see that's what BUSH types get in the humanitarian way of.

Since China simple does not really affect our nation and rhetorical "change!" imperatives, nor is it tethered to anything else central to everyday USA life, and since Pelosi's supporters urge the same conduct for themselves re profit and control as to USA populations regardless of origins, obviously one will gain nothing simply by slapping at China nor by ignoring China...I say, as the President, George Walker Bush, decides in re Beijing.

Either way, Beijing Bingo isn't enough to sway me for or against ANYBODY, so I remain in opposition to anything that disarms USA defenses and reduces the USA to a mere abstraction of one organism needing social health only best determined by nomenclatura...thus, I continue to support Conservative candidates for 2008 general elections.

Google's Gmail Today Opts To Obstruct Terror War Efforts.

At the Google Gmail page today, there is bold announcement that effective today you (or any sysadmin or "governemt test case, State or Fed") can backdate ANY message for you, all the way back to April 2004 when Gmail began, and on to infinity...oh, only ten per year though so "time faith isn't lost".

This insane and pointless devisement may be proven by visiting currently at http://mail.google.com/mail/help/customtime/index.html.

Think of the possiblities in the hands of disruntled or paid-off or politically active email worker at Google: set "terror" made-up messages back to, near, or ahead of date (or make it LOOK that way), blackmail with this, the list goes on and on...and the archdiocese of Chicago thinks IT's got something with "Cracker save Polly, Polly do what crackerman say or Polly get no soul-saving cracker"!

For these reasons, I respectfully report my discovery of such issue and complain of it as against the public policy of tracking online terror and criminal activity generally.

Only A Comrade Kommissar Would Let Homes Fall Then Give To State.

Having the government take over the houses defaulted upon is just expansion of long-existant FHA ownership...how often has THAT been successful per se, and why would expanding its housing stock amount to other of more of the same?

Worse, restructuring debt sounds so sweet in an election, but notice it substitutes a "pill" or "bandaid" for say "improved income or job salaries or education toward same", which if expanding government housing stock and "green" dismantling of jobs, commerce, and agriculture occurs on further "need" of housing say Chavez' "surplus people" as his kind expand hemispheric control becomes permanent, what good would mere restructuring of debt be...when you eventually and predictably MUST hit inability to pay, either you toss out the debtors in the end or you take over their housing too and dictate how they'll "continue to earn through need of societal health".

For these reasons, I respectfully submit my opposition to ANY such measure(s) which through or by their terms would give effect to such conditions or scenarios...such measure(s) only artfully make permanent and expand the very status quo voters seek to minimize or remove from their futures.

Holy Political Paradox! But It's Pro-DEMOCRAT/EU/Chavez Not Just Election Division.

I had been recalling that old song "Hello Mother, Hello Father!", since some Catholic Church (Fathers) and EWTN (Mother Angelica inter alia) made me think of it; sort of "Hello, Mother Angelica and Fathers so-and-so here to tell you to go forth and pray and be politically active for social justice and social charity" at a time Zogby was polling in what we in politics call a qualitative (Millward-Brown style) survey to see if he could by parallel inferences link Church non-attendance simple to sympathy for terror and thus "need" for HR 1955 that "transcends" even Dennis Kucinich's objections that said bill is just a way to let States and Mayors gag anyone on their own whims.
Then I found this year that at most of the archdiocese of Chicago have their priests at Masses run everything in step with the Pope and say Unites States Council of Bishops, earlier even putting in Bishopric insert flyer "Faithful Citizenship" in weekly bulletins, while priests and bulletins themselves noted "you can't go more than a few yards out your door to find a needy family these days" and such words; all while Zogby types tried to hook up "rabble rousers" seeking social justice and charity as Churches instructed them...and AWAY from the public Mass faces, RCIA Catholic Church groups worked overtime to teach "new recruits" that the Pope is as a heretic on all such things, as he is re gays, the Eucharist "since it's only a cracker", and so forth; also, these days, if you came BACK to the faith and are a nobody, parishes won't keep you on their rolls unless you complete such re-education RCIA training...but don't judge the "tuliping, touching each other IS Communion" folks...see, the priests themselves support YOU but we must be tolerant ya see, now stay a visitor but DO go forth while looking like you're NOT a parishoner as far as records or WE can say, and push that Bishopric social stuff, um, even though we must be tolerant that all those ON member rolls WON'T, and even if their own mere in-church presence implies they support the whole Democrat HR 1995/LOST/HR 6/pro-gay/endless immigration into housing only et al agenda...whether they know it or not. Bye now, and God love you!

Boy, how stinky on that one huh? Then along comes another thought about how all this other-than-at-Mass (try it at St. Vincent DePaul, Maristella, or ANY Catholic adjunct) "re-education" actually supports Democrats and other amorphous elitists across the globe; sure, we've heard how last week a Catholic Vienna cleric said Obama is right about Jesus being FOR homosexual activity not just gays as people, and sure, his priests and parishoners say "HUH??? Widerholen Sie, bitte?"...oh, the joys of European Union and in fact ANY nations or States (today, literally globally) which fund or otherwise direct conduct of religious funds "unless da fadder would like ta sees Bruno an' Tony or sumthin"". Here's another thought on government-funded "faith" not only working for the EU or Chavez' interests, but allowing twists for like-minded USA pols.

Try as I might, at the relevant IRS Code inter alia, I cannot find that per same a religion violates tax-free status unless it passes a hat, data, or activity/exhortation in step with or for any party or candidate(s) or against same. Social justice and social charity and general common sense positioning applicable to all doesn't seem subject.

Thus I propose the following type of litmus test to see if a religion or part thereof should find itself against public policy of government in some administratively or legally punitive way(s):

1. Suppose, say, a Catholic Parish has "face" presentments of liturgy et al that to a visitor seem to indicate they run clockwise with the dicta of their Pope (replace "parish" for congregation re Protestants and non-Christians, and use "highest faith authority on earth" for "Pope"), yet their congregation is allowed or instructed to practice in a manner running counter-clockwise to the highest Church authority as if same were a heretic...yet politically they are the same laity as they've always been.

2. Suppose one or more candidates, office holders, or both, or politicians, have their own interpretations say on the Quran, Talmud, or Sermon On The Mount, as if the highest faith authority had gotten it wrong or were heretical; say such pol or pundit opines that Jesus you see approved of gay activity, wants us to commune as people not through a mere cracker and mouthwash, or both...words to such effect in fill-in-the-blank faith...even if hand-hold prayerful say "huh?" to that.

3. Suppose such item two pol has fingers on an item one congregation's government faith funds, and the congregation LEADERSHIP says its people don't believe that say a Pope's call for social justice or charity (as defined by US Bishops Council "Faithful Citizenship") has any place in their political subdivision, and wish all to know the Pope say is over-reaching.

4. Then, suppose an item two pol further says that a President and opposite party are conducting a pan-Christian Crusade against pan-Muslims, and on opinion at best alone faith fund recipient leadership(s) simply concur with the item two pol...even if lay members say "huh?".

To me, it would seem a scenario as visible through items 1-4 gravamen would indicate that any relevant congregation LEADERSHIP is not necessarily using their office or faith funded pulpit(s) on their majority lay members, but IS supporting a public official, candidate, or both who influences their money regardless of whether or not the congregation wishes it, and thus tricks like not listing a number of parishoners so as to appear the "whole" of a "small" crowd supports the leadership are cute but irrelevant in the first place.

Wherefore, I respectfully submit the within aforesaid proposal of litmus test for IRS religious politics violation, and further respectfully add same to my reasons as to why faith based funding by government should be stopped and otherwise used for the benefit of the whole abstract USA.

Logical Reason At Least Some Catholics Stay Unchurched.

I would never have thought that as a Roman Catholic, I would be deemed some nature of heretic or "quasi-excommunicate" for merely being supportive of a Vatican Pope, but I've come to see that's what many USA Catholic clergy must have thought of me not only in all those years I stayed faithful to Papal doctrines as same were given through John Paul II but stayed out of Church, but even now since I returned to a Parish back in January after almost a year of watching EWTN.

In effect, you hear a Pope say or write one thing, and the global Catholic network EWTN reinforces the Papacy on faith matters, yet when you walk into a USA Roman Catholic Church it's most often a completely different scenario. Yes, the liturgy and Verbum Domini are just like the Pope says, yet that's where it usually ends. RCIA classes teach newcomers and converts that we must hold hands while praying to effect Communion, teach the forward Crucifix could care less if we show respect to it, teach as if the Eucharist were no more than a cookie with mouthwash, teach Reconciliation (Confession) is unnecessary at all for absolution as is any Pontifical plenary alternative, and teach it's wrong to be for social charity and justice as the Popes define. Then, if as adherent to the Papacy of faith matters, if you do go to Reconciliation and admit faith quiver due to a dichotomy of relevant Church intentions over practice, you're told you need to be less judgmental because some are closer to God than others and need time to come around, including yourself; you're usually given some single prayer as penance, and given absolution for a sin against God you didn't even know you were committing...Papal obedience. And then you find yourself allowed to attend Church on days of obligation, but darn it, nobody "can remember" you for fellowship, official inclusion on Parish member rolls, and the like...a quasi-excommunication wherein you are practicing persona non grata.

All Catholic Churches of course include in their liturgy intentions a prayer for whoever the current Pope is together with his own intentions, but again this only further puzzles say EWTN viewers who see practice and talk separated by a wide abyss. Then one finds dichotomy on this is "resolved" through new Catholics being trained the Pope supports a dual ordained will and passive will of God, you see, so even though a Pope wishes folks in the USA or elsewhere did things more his way he has no gripes himself with those who particpate in or train re contrary positions, there being no Divine Mercy Chaplet or Fatima style signs to the contrary, and no Papal utterance the Holy Spirit moves him to do anything about things the Holy Spirit otherwise moves him to say in his own opposition. This includes using faith funds from secular governments as if Churches now held contract to run welfare, immigration, and public housing instead of such agencies.

If anyone would like to watch EWTN for a while or go to its website at www.etwn.com, they can learn just how they and the Popes feel on any religious or social issue; then, one could just visit any weekend Catholic service(s), watch the exact opposite occur, and go to Reconciliation (all you need do is say "Bless me father for I have sinned, it's been X-amount of time since my last Confession; I feel conflicted in spirit over how the Pope says we should do things one way and the parishoners here are exhorted to do the complete opposite") and watch what their Confessor tells them.

I offer these observations for two reasons: first, how could ANY Pope be leading ANY Crusade on behalf of the USA, when Roman Catholic clergy largely think the Pope is totally heretical and ignore him completely; secondly, if Roman Catholic clergy encourage making Papal adherents creeped out as persona non grata and supporters of heresy and judgment therein, why would some everyday Parishoner be "of any interest" whatsoever just because they stopped attending a place having constructively evicted them?

At least we Catholics have ways given by John Paul II which allow us to pray and receive plenary indulgence akin to Reconciliation absolution, and prayers to open our hearts to Jesus in lieu of Communion, and thus really have no need to attend an articulated Church building; I here freely admit that I am again stopping Church attendance completely as again I don't want somebody cooking me up trouble if I keep returning to where I was constructively evicted, and really, I find I lived well enough or at least equally in all those prior years of non-attendance anyway and don't need trouble where none exists. This necessarily includes my respectful resignation from the EWTN video missionary program so that I am not "of interest" for that either.

For these reasons, I continue to support de-funding of USA faith groups by any level(s) of USA government, in that I respectfully submit on the secular level that I can find no proof such funding is enhancing USA respect abroad, nor promoting USA border and national security enhancements, nor promoting faith as the top leaders thereof define; nor do I think anyone should become "of interest" under any HR 1955 type scheme just because some official likes the "permissive will" attitude of a Church and can't understand what type of people would oppose such public useages of money.

My Fairness Doctrine: EWTN To Offer Continuous Coverage Of Papal USA Visit.

EWTN will be offering complete, LIVE, and commercial-free coverage of Pope Benedict's trip to the U.S. from April 15-20, 2008. Tune in to get accurate and in-depth reporting from a Catholic point-of-view not found on any other television network. EWTN can be seen on  DISH network 261, and DIRECTV 370. Many cable television stations also carry EWTN, as does Sirius radio.Visit www.ewtn.com for the latest updates & schedules.

I offer this as a way to see the Pope as constantly as anyone can as he appears within the USA, hear what he says when said, and make up one's own mind if the Pope or any, if any, Catholic commentators square better with reality than those without religious faith (or at least no Catholic faith) who are trying to use "fake blood" terror swoops to "convince" us Protestants are rich little-guy haters, the Pope speaks for all Christian leaders in toto on everything they want, and the Pope is using Bush for a slavemaster military Crusade against Islam if not the global population (and that Laden is ALL Muslims so ya see hating Christianity on the demand of Laden or similar ragtags will bring Qaedan peace and no need for USA borders, ya see, and only them Christers need HR 1955 town-by-town power to pick up USA nationals who don't agree with the Pelosi-Durbin "Re-Thought" Christianity).

PFAW inter alia bemoan in personam to me and via USPS that quote: "they're trying to remake the USA into a Christian country!"; in that spirit, I feel it my own fairness doctrine to allow the alleged defendant Pope and Christian an opportunity to tell me and the world things without filters so we may decide better for ourselves, even if someone says "oh, but acting such point-counterpoint is like what Thomas Aquinas did back around 1220, so letting a defendant speak sounds religious and we want to be PC!".

The Constitutional right of a defendant to make his or her own case must be preserved, even if PFAW or a terrorist or Jean Valjean or anyone else...if that is of repulsion to anyone, and WHO's the one we shouldn't listen to re who they support? In the pendency, this is one Conservative's example of a fairness doctrine.
