The barrage of Conservative and non-RNC GOP email PSAs continues: today, I'm told Obama will be challenged on citizenship by still more front Neocon groups, these groups (e.g., Family Research Council)also say Obama's Cabinet is "Mosaic of colors but not ideas", Townhall Spotlight running ads for folks hawking "Comrade Obama/USSA" bumper stickers, on and on and on it goes; and to think, "ferrener Comrade Obama" voted with Bush on most voting occasions, but Kommisar Bush does not exist except as a rodomontade of the LEFT!

Again for the record, every State in the Union for years has been issuing abstracts of vital records including birth and marriage certificates; if Obama's abstract from Hawaii cannot be shown to have probable cause for incorrectness it is as valid as anyone else's such abstract from any State or County, and of course those unable to show cause an abstract may be false cannot have standing to compel further records or details from Obama or anyone else.

As to 'Comrade Obama/USSA', we don't even know what he or his Cabinet or the next Congress will produce, and it's the public opinion of RESULTS in futuro which would seem to matter the most...not horse hockey from Neocons on auto-attack, after losing two big elections in a row for producing nothing which seemed to please most people.

Gays will not eat our children, a significant majority of LSBT people ARE born that way, Neocons and faith-funded, interfaith Calvinists and others cannot scientifically demonstrate their claim NOBODY is born that way, gays will not be seeking out our children as if more perverse themselves than any other collective(s) in which molesters have been found (gays not more dangerous than anyone else), and kids cannot be "educated or trained" into being LSBT.

As for faith funding, no...there AREN'T people God damns from birth and that governments "He places" to run us can best discern, so let officials who's worthy, who has to get permanently brushed aside even if circumstances equal to parties "discerned", whether nationals over immigrants, immigrants over nationals, Neocons over homeless due to mortgages/disasters/job losses or vice versa, this race(s) over that race(s), what have you; I certainly haven't yet heard "Comrade Obama" use that kind of talk, or like the GOP of Louisana who offer sterilization to economic losers, offer wholesale abortion as major pre-natal care. It seems more Neocons and, but for Neocon funding, extinct CALVINIST clergy and lay members (as opposed to traditional worshippers, sort of how Qaedans are tiny numbers of mass Muslims)are the "Comrades" in terms of social engineering and PSYOPS.

Lastly, again, Neocon PSAs are today again blasting that the economy is really good except for "liberal media" and unions distorting facts to "allow a Communist Revolution led by China to overtake prosperous Americans and thereto immigrants" while Obama continues the "Crusade against all Islam".

Now, most of us realize our problem is with an Iranian government solid with France, which as always blows between the USA, China, and Russia about doing ANYTHING productive for the Mid East and world; France aspires to be the fly in the UN Security Council ointment while pals like Iran's leaders keep a Mission to the UN in Pakistan's Embassy, and France says anyone who doesn't believe Iran's President isn't good for his own democracy (despite his laws against women in business or politics) or won't fight terrorists especially Sunni Qaeda (who hide out in Pakistan, home of Iran's ambassadors) is a racist xenophobe who needs to go green and turn down their military-industrial empire of wealth instead of abuse Latinos in a Crusade against all Islam with Iran the great protector of peace....and even China, per France, should remember to know its place against the European Union lest France shout "j'accuse!" their way, too...just like France has ALWAYS done since the start of the Cold War, taking money from all sides while doing nothing except threatening to scold no-pays.

It is intriguing that Neocons wish to take the side of the very things they say are keeping America from proceeding; and why falsify Obama's Cabinet and Mid East purposes on behalf of those least likely to want to see USA population success?

For these reason, and in hopes it would lead to all good Muslims, Asian leaders, and everyone else coming together to truly improve humanity and upward opportunities in all cultures, I again reiterate my support for a return to the Fairness Doctrine...in fact, Neocons have SO much spin at their disposal, I would even support using their own prior tactic and actually suspend filibusters if needed, where the only money Neocons will "invest" is in making scenes trying to convince the public the only way to screw up IS to change.

Maybe there's not so much a "new" face of Islamic terror as "new desperate ways plied" enabling plain sight of how it links to certain leaders...the ones who imply China or the USA or whoever are "racist Crusaders", sit on their own folks including Muslim sects, and further imply China or whoever will protect them as they boldly admit using Qaeda et al from within to "destabilize" whatever nation(s) they take notions against.

Next time Iran says it's just a protector of democracy interested in just Iraq's autonomy and not say helping Qaeda types, consider "The Campaign for Equality", an Iranian women’s rights initiative launched in 2006 that is committed to ending discrimination against women in Iranian law. I am deeply concerned to hear that several activists have been arrested or tried for activities which are entirely legal, such as organizing peaceful gatherings and educational workshops, and petitioning for legislative change.

I have heard that the Iranian authorities have blocked access to the Campaign’s main website from inside Iran at least 12 times. Campaign for Equality activist Parvin Ardalan was prevented from traveling abroad to receive a Human Rights Prize, and Ronak Safarzadeh and Hana Abdi are currently detained as prisoners of conscience solely because of their human rights work.

As for the "would not help Sunni Qaedans what with Mahmoud being Shiite and all", well, the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations...for some time...has been housed within the Embassy of Pakistan in NYC; we all know how hard Pakistan has been wrestling with "controlling" terrorists, if Mumbai is any indicator.

Still, I hope Iran WILL become a better democracy AND true partner in anti-terrorism as well as global good citizenship, and the same hopes are there for Pakistan; at the same time, again, I would ask those who voted for Obama to not be too hard on him for not waving a magic wand and evacuating USA and other troops upon his Inauguration...compelling as 911s and Mumbais and so many other tragedies have been for the world, it seems same are too remote for some Mid East leaders to "risk pushing terrorists in own backyards".

For the first time this December, I’ll be joining Amnesty International’s annual Write-A-Thon, an effort of everyday through first professional people of all walks and nations, which effort asks various Eastern and Western hemisphere nations to abide by their Constitutions re those jailed either without trials or for simply showing interest in peaceful democracy-advocating movements.

Have I become an arch-hippie or some such? Not at all…I’m not advocating any nation on earth do or not do anything else, and point out in each letter that Constitutional adherences may more easily isolate which government(s) would or would not be cause(s) of terrorist codlings or other unpopular issues.

The recent bombings in Mumbai point out how when all nations, even all UN Security Council ones, are afraid or unwilling to act against a single rather small nation which (regardless of named leaders) admits terrorist use, not only are innocent lives lost as collateral damage to global hamstringings, big powers look like the anti-democracy acts of terrorists are the tacit warnings of big nations themselves.

An example: in the same year Chinese President Hu Jintao is shown in USA media bypassing officials and meeting with USA corporate heads, China imprisons a man for 10 years for the “crime” of using “Yahoo!” to contact a pro-democracy website. Instantly, some media and pundits accuse China of masterminding global economic woes; they throw in “clinchers” that China then provided so much global credit, including to Iran and Pakistan, it HAS to be THE nation blocking progress (later, “unless it’s Putin or how about…”).

Yet truth is, China doesn’t set USA or other non-Chinese protocols; in the Eastern hemisphere, even Iran…providing scads of oil to China…there accused China of backing the USA in the Mid East! A number of Mid East nations, led by those of opinion oil for leaders and sand for their people works for them, discourage involvement in democratic processes…and most use terror tactics or threats to ensure alternative fuels will languish while competing between themselves via their own “by from us or else!” quest for profits. Some Mid East nations will even do their own 180 turn on Saddam Hussein and say “the USA just grabbed for oil”; with the USA across an ocean as its troops disrupt westward terror movement, but China and Russia much closer to loose terror players, is it any wonder they sit on their hands re Pakistan, jab at the USA and democracy movements, and such, out of self-protection? Or ask Doudou Diene to paint the USA as racist to Muslims, racists to Latinos, or both, so more “has” to be spent avoiding such charges to break funds re Mid East troop presence/defense (as well as bankrupt Latinos, USA nationals, and all thereto immigrants, by coincidence), to shield against the rodomontades of their own hemispheric pundits and European Union critics?

Well, I don’t believe ANY nation on earth should be held hostage to an otherwise impotent blowhard simply issuing one press release for this hemisphere, another for that one…and playing all ends to a comfortable middle. Recently, as Pakistan with or without Mushareff admits using Qaeda to destabilize(?) Afghani Pashtun tribal leaders, Pakistani-based terrorists hit USA and UK targets (and Hindus!) in Mumbai; Mushareff in 1999 introduced the “Islam as race” article conflating Pakistani State Islam into a new “race” to extort from India, and it appears post-Mushareff that the beat goes on with added twist India’s trade/martial allies better back off “or else!”…no wonder a year ago China said its State Bank would concentrate on China alone, what with so many nations it lends to accruing sour images! But that may only make Pakistan MORE terror-exporting in its thirst for easy money for its leaders’ use…which doesn’t even seem to include their own people.

The biggest 20^th Century Cold War tactic was that some nations played big guys against each other, wagged their fingers at all of them, did nothing themselves, and took foreign aid from all sides to shut up. In the spirit of respectfully submitting that lawful treatment of political prisoners and peaceful democracy proponents is a step toward credibility that a nation isn’t a Cold War rekindler, or isn’t a proper recipient of certain criticisms, or both, or hoping to make cash as a “nag”, again, this is why as a Conservative I’m joining Amnesty International’s annual appeal for clemency and Constitutional conducts.

By the way, it’s also why I’m asking Obama voters to not be hard on him for not just zooming out of Iraq, and am asking election-losing Conservatives how it sounds to say “let things globally and USA rights-wise lie, even if not tethered to war on terror, and don’t worry…we can still do what we always do economically: force out X amount employees so they quit and get no unemployment insurance, then hire same X of even unqualifieds to same positions and claim we also created jobs…repeat as needed”.

As Congress.org shows at its webpage linking to messaging what readers want to tell their officials to make priorities, many pols Left and Right know what THE priorities of Congress MUST be, paramount to all other things or America will be dead in the water, no change possible.

Bill Frist wants the same socialized healthcare the Left does, his only twist appearing to be he and close-helds could own any stock the government doesn't glom on to.

Colin Powell knows the priority is NOT defense, NOT jobs, NOT worries over credit and mortgages, NOT Constitutional functionings, but "the children"...most of whom for years are being taught, essentially, that the world of internet device/movie/television screens is the real world, all else they can see being the false one; most young folks today "know" that life is all about people in managed jobless, equity-free, credit-only "habitrail" New Urban communities, and that we're all like on "Survivor" where anyone on earth can enter and those who don't fit are cast out, the point being to become annointed like an Oprah, American Idol, or other icon du jour on the aforesaid sacred screens.  

And so it goes with most pundits and personalities. We have a government who increasingly owns credit companies, credit reporters, property, healthcare...sure sounds like Socialism, not convincingly overcome that in totalist style some ownership stock is given to "those out of government" yet curiously on "retirement" pay thereof and in sitting officials' inner circles. Worse, government is leaning toward letting us have for worship (for those who choose Deism) only religious groups funded by government, and which too often tend to have a Calvinist or Puritan vision of "some people are vessels of wrath no matter good they do, so don't worry what happens to THEM".

All this year, it's been open season on ol' Jesus Christ again, from marine biology professors in Minnesota grabbing eucharists and slapping trhem around later to show there's nothing in them, to PBS' "Nova" and others saying the Bible is not based on Divinity; oh, man...what a hot, heated super-duper turmoil for our illustrious bureaucrats to focus on in the new year! Think of it! All the poor Holiday sales due to "creeped-out" feelings by most everyone in the USA in regard to being thought of as celebrating or even shopping for anything associated with this ephemeral character...certainly, we all have plenty of cash on hand plus easy mega-credit, somehow brought to us through artificially low-cost (nationalized?) gasoline, so what else COULD be the reason retailers are still glum before the season officially starts?

Now, as for the auto industry bailout proposal, CLTV and other media around here have tried to sell it from the Democrat perspective: representing that only .3% of our GNP is the auto industry, and that 1 out of 10 jobs use a vehicle so we better act to cut further unemployment...and the $6 billion for unemployment extensions generally to be tacked on in fine print to the bailout is to cover but a few well-paid types with degrees who earned enough to get top UI dollars but who will be the last to benefit in an otherwise opulent job and small business national environment; see, mostly white racists and nationalists are STILL keeping out plenty of immigrants (and those abroad looking for work) and non-whites, and believe our pols, faith-funded Churches who couldn't survive on their own, and select media: there is plenty of work and opportunity at present in the USA, and bailouts will only perfect it...cheaply made housing at sky-high prices, by the way, like Obama said is NOT the same as crummy housing during the Great Depression so who needs an FDR mentality...a few bitter, stupid, untrainable, likely "of interest" sociopaths who can best be identified on or more at a time as they deny or question bureaucratic excellence?

Wait...it's so simple to decode that malarkey, really: okay, so Jesus, his early followers, or both, in a worst-case scenario came up wih a way to peaceably worship and serve God, like every other faith has done...every nation that signed the UN religion charter and itself has a Constitutional mandamus to protect religious freedom is asking us to tear at each other over faith just to maintain their own social relevance in a crummy low-money supply economy, to divert attention from a crummy economy, or both...this great debate is of no demonstrable moment to secular, earthly life.

As for the auto industry, so everything already bailed out makes up the remaining 99.7% of GNP in the USA, and only 9 out 10 folks don't need a vehicle for a job, small business operation, or both, nor do they use a vehicle to get to any work...only 1 out of 10 has a need at all for inbound/outbound products, e.g. . So how are there all these jobs and opportunities in the USA, such that no FDR mentality or anything in its near nature need even be contemplated? And, just what expectations IS the $6 billion UI extension tethered to...TEUC has never produced a job yet! If TEUCs 2001 to date had, who'd need bailouts based on fact nobody has cash customers?

For these reasons, it seems that like mortgages and banks, the government now wants to own who gets a car, based off nothing more than a static money supply configuration in a climate where no official, high or low, seriously even entertains long-range planning or opportunity for anything but a conflation thereof. 

It would be one thing if it were a lock that Bush, Obama, inter alia wanted USA traditional Constitutional guarantees to be operative in Mexico; sadly, as even just the Ramos-Compean matter and 'Dog" Chapman issue illustrate (Mexico handles even repeat drug lords with Matricula Consular cards, decides if even violent post-judgment rapists of USA nationality may still spend cash in Mexico, and oh...if Mexican troops or police grab or kill USA nationals around borders in all the excitement, what SHOULD USA officials do about it?), it is TO Mexico's policies most USA officials seem to defer with eye toward similar governance on thin premise "it's what other countries are doing".

Both President Bush and President-Elect Obama appear to be enthusiastic for a oneness of mind and government with Mexico in nature of a North American Union, so as an active member of Amnesty International, Conservative politics, and universal religious philosophy (not to mention being a USA national and voter who also lives in a community of omni-ethnic diversity including Latinos and Mexicans in particular), I am herewith endorsing and respectfully submitting for your consideration an Amnesty International matter and position which I am further passing throughout my community, State, and civic organizations for their own endorsement thereof, said matter and policy being, to-wit: 

I must express my deep concern about the rape, sexual assault and torture of  Bárbara Italia Méndez and other women during their detention on May 3 and 4, 2006 in San Salvador Atenco. I understand your government's obligation to guarantee public order, but these duties must be carried out in strict accordance with international human rights standards, including the UN Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement Officials. The rights of Bárbara Italia Méndez and the other women to be free from torture and degrading treatment were violated when they were detained.

It is extremely important to ensure that all those involved in the assaults on Bárbara Italia Méndez and the other detainees are brought to justice, including senior officials who failed to prevent these human rights violations or ensure timely investigations. I urge federal authorities to actively claim full jurisdiction in the cases of the women of Atenco, including those currently under investigation in state jurisdiction, assuring that the accused are charged in federal court and that evidence gathered in line with international human rights standards is incorporated into the investigation.

I respectfully urge you to enforce the effective implementation of the recommendations issued by the National Human Rights Commission in October 2006 regarding these cases. I further call on you to ensure that full reparation be made to Bárbara Italia Méndez and all the victims of human rights violations committed in San Salvador Atenco.

Boy oh boy, that Barack Obama sure sounds like a messianic putter of cash into your pockets, but who may need help of more immigrants (and suppression of current nationals/immigrants by uber-police and personal forces) to do it. Meanwhile, the Democrats are poised to make Conservatives, Lieberman, and GOP disappear. Oh, what a thrilling time to be an immigrant, faith-based Church goer in which the messiah’s wrath will be spared you, or both!

Hey…wait a minute! Aw, this is just the same emotionalism we saw under Bush, and it’s not going to change anything except dramatis personae, if that’s all it is.

Bush wanted uber-powers over everyone, most fell to Courts, the terror watch list was to make multitudes feel all were one “you!” at a time yet together so shut up, no money went into the money supply, BRAC and recruitment centers closed despite ads, police enforcing border and everyday laws were scandalized amid departments de-funded, ditto port security, States and Towns handled DHS their own ways, and immigrants were told trabajo/arbeit/work exists but first more cheaply-made housing must infinitely expand, many more need come without end in sight, and what work isn’t claimed tossed elsewhere compassionate or atoning nationals/immigrants still here will give shirts off their backs so ever-new immigrants have public aid, public healthcare, and home/car credit; the faster this is done, the faster all will get ahead. Bush also bailed out industries/Wall Street repeatedly, to no demonstrable improvements to personal little guy economies.

Enter a savior and his apostolic political party, announcing the Kingdom of Change among us. As if God dwelt in no-trail electronic voting machines or bits of chad, or angels through ACORN did His will, this Ark of the Newest Covenant (reverse side of “contract with America”?) manifested and was discerned as holy by gifted if faith-funded clergy. But yea, they doth soundeth of tin.

As being chosen by God was of no legal moment for Bush AS President, neither is it for Obama; his calls for personal civilian security forces in lieu of military/police/national guard, especially since no force jurisdiction(s) fitting the Constitution/States Rights will be found, will never obtain to funding; pending, however, folks in local governments who have been doing all Bush work will carry on as usual “as GOP block a better if same way”; not a cent shall be added to the money supply, yet we shall all be promised if we all twist at each other somehow we’ll reap wealth once the USA is nothing but new immigrants living the same or lesser way as endlessly more are housed; Bush may have cut taxes more to hide holes of taxable things, but the Kingdom of Change shall raise taxes on the same non-existents…because it takes longer to notice blood doesn’t come from turnips as the race to the bottom continues. Oh, and who will want to be invidiously called a “filthy racist/nationalist/child porning/fill-in-the-blank”, what with ever-lowering of “some evidence” beyond double-hearsay as “cause” for charge (many already splash on TV at indictment but media usually forgets dismissals, you know)…see, BUSH just said he’d call critics of ANY official’s policy “sounders in or emboldeners of terrorism/enemies of the USA”.

In sum, at present it looks like Obama and Democrats are poised to continue a domestic Bushworld, meaning only the style of name-calling and emotionalism will change to cover the fact that WHOEVER winds up majority USA residents, still, no matter how many come or not, not a dime will be added to the money actually printed and put in circulation (and electronically represented when on cards/bank records). In return, foreign leaders will provide food and fuel for those sent here, as they and USA officials deem necessary for non-military purposes in fact, and as such officials deem necessary for a largely non-working culture. This appears to be prevailing attitude on NAFTA, CAFTA, and related acronyms.

So far this year, some bipartisans at State levels now insist upon lowering evidence that people are “assisted” in suicides (CA); some say immigrants and the poor will be paid $1,000 to become sterilized while well-offs will receive child-having tax breaks (LA); some say the Federal government should own ALL USA homes (Sen. Clinton, NY).

Where money is never to exist in such ways as it may be earned through commerce or work, it seems logical to muse the social paradigm marches toward: “bailouts” that are more contracts to provide goods on government call to quota collectives; “bailouts” that are more to provide healthcare as government elects; government regulating overall residency limits; government regulating how many may have spouses of ANY nature; government regulating who may reproduce; and government deciding who’s pregnancies should be disallowed or ended to perfect the species (beyond rape or Roe v. Wade intents)…like all the “greatest” societies have done re empowerment and personal rights, despite mere appearance such cultures were idle, mean, attrition-based, and aimless.

In fairness to Obama and Democrats, and to all the GOP before and amid them, I have no crystal ball past Inauguration Day, but hope media and pundits of the moment are wrong about an impression the new actors will be performing “Quo Vadis, Status Quo?”.

The plain fact is, if any government leaders at any levels were to opine as or in the nature that any one or combination of them were some messianic will of God against which all must fall, by force or administrative manhandling if necessary, the USA Constitution and well-settled Supreme Court opinions thereon indicate no one can be compelled to comply or be “adjudged unholy”, even if all or most clergy “backed up” claims; no one can be compelled to confess any belief or disbelief, and no one religious viewpoint can be foist upon a single person by any government nor can one be excluded for any belief or non-belief simple.

Thus, such messianic or similar clerical assessments, from a Vatican nun saying Obama’s the good one to vote for, to a Jewish Congress Member saying Obama “is an organizer of people like Jesus”, to Muslim Farrakhan saying Obama is a messiah chosen in election victory as part of a divine plan, on to infinity, on the whole form absolutely no basis under USA legal doctrines for USA PATRIOT, HR 1955, 287g, nor any similar martial laws against civilians; nor are they a “nexus” or other cause of action for punishment in any civil or executive/administrative senses. 

On here local CLTV, and currently as readable at http://www.suntimes.com/news/politics/obama/1270217,CST-NWS-farr10.article , Louis Farrakhan is saying that Obama's victory was "directed by God", and that apparently God wants him to not himself or by Congressional "hamstring" use money for the South or anything else Louis doesn't approve of, because Louis represents in nature of all Obama voters of color want is money to have a chance at life, and all Obama voters not of color want to do is admit they are too well off, could lose easily twice what they have now what with everybody from Christians Bush through Daley ( in fact, would gladly give away all to atone and wear sackcloth while ever after beating selves with stones ), and want all nay saying to this silenced as a vast right-wing conspiracy against the will of God...who obviously created "vessels of wrath" damned from birth anyway in such folks identified by their counterpoints, and who can thusly be squelched and otherwise brushed away as expediency suits.

You know, Democrats and all their neo-evangelical boosters, including Farrakhan, chafed at the very mention by Bush several years ago that he felt he was appointed by God; um, no matter your secular and/or religious "-ism(s)" or not, still, aren't we all a part of the same money supply-base economy and thus hope therein; and do most Obama voters REALLY feel that way as a matter of God's will "approved by clergy and sent on for discernment by the laity for agreement as article of faith"? Come on, the unchurched of all stripes and races and preferences greatly outnumber ALL USA faith-based pulpits put together.

Everyone, including Minister Farrakhan, has an absolute right to their peaceful exercise of their religion...yet no religion is actually the faith: a faith is Islam, Judaism, Christianity, what have you, based upon set principles which all commonly reduce to doing the right, merciful, and soberly fair things by and between yourselves, believers, non-believers, every person you meet without bias of any humanly possibly nature. Calvinist or Puritan "vessels of wrath", term as identified even by former renowned Baptist minister and writer/educator Harvey G. Cox, meaning folks you can enslave or do away with or as you please in God's name, can manifest in any mere religion's practices, membership decisions, scope of social service entitlements, and subliminals...whether you want to exclude from play around a fixed small money supply, or advocate slavery, or silence pointing out your promises don't work, or you're a defender of faith like a Pope called Hitler or bin Laden calls himself re Islam, on and on it goes...yet, NONE have anything to do with what the actual faith is about, and could be why, again, so many different faiths' people for DECADES have voluntarily made themselves "unchurched" while claiming to be Muslim, Christian, Jewish, what have you.

Obviously, these two men were reflecting back even before the dawn of Judaism, and themselves existed before even Taoism or Islam or Christianity...they do however establish there is nothing new under any age's sun that officials try having cake and eating it too via manipulating what a religion (not faith) can be made to look like.

I had great hope when I saw the 240,000 invitation-only Grant Park crowd cheering Obama election 11-04-08 included leadership of the Universal Life Church...doing the right thing by all people its only credo; I hope that such faith will not see Obama and Democrats continue huge money funding of religions even the unchurched diverse majority of Americans don't visit, nor see Obama agree or state that he is in any way of divine makeup or design per officialdom, nor see America have Bush's Third Term via simply inserting "swarthy conservative-lapping scum who KNOW we're right on say-so about litanies of social bads kicking folks out of economy/hearing" instead of "swarthy scum who embolden  or provoke terrorists and enemies of the USA with their flapping liberal-lapping gums".

Stopping government mega-millions for religions which provide "social justice/poverty help"...in ways which would appear as mass Socialism if handled by government directly...might be a step in the right direction re true change even the unchurched large majority of Americans could believe in.
