It's hard to think the USA isn't going tight-cash-supply economic determinist, what with no borders, no private records, no private email, no private lockers, no jobs to generate industrial attitudinal equity in society, and the like (including inculcating disdain for marriage/family units/unlimited childbirth rights) sure sounding like expansion of modern totalist Communism.

If the truest job of USA DHS truly IS to coordinate via NICC and State "fusion centers" reinforcement of a new way of USA life rather than spot AUMF-grade terrorism, I found a neato guy who'd make an excellent symbol they could name DHS HQ after...take a peek, wasn't he a cutey:
