Ah, news readers and teleprompters in an age of DHS censorship, story plantings, psychology, and a seeming national dedication to economic and personal feudalism.

 

This morning, a certain Eugene, Oregon local television station had one of its mere teleprompter readers advise us that in the past, Lane County (Oregon) had maybe five foreclosures annually, but now this number is in the thousands per year; the reader then told us the reason for this was irresponisble citizens who take out loans without income (to flip houses, or HECM/reverse mortgages/Su Casa immigrant deals?), and irresponsible losers who couldn't see they'd lose their jobs in the near future after mortgages issued. These are the same newsreaders who regularly here tell us Eugene, Oregon will be taking those places people used to work in and turn them into...you guessed it...even MORE American New Urban residential housing! Of course, as if STILL courting Federal nationalization to save their own effete media keisters (http://www.businessinsider.com/the-government-is-preparing-to-bail-out-newspapers-and-kill-blogs-2010-5 ), such local "news" people daily find every official from Obama down to the Governor, all mayors, and State legislature doing just brilliantly with all the deep, deep cuts regularly going on to budgets and opportunities for trade/occupation/jobs...to them, officials are cutting down whatever lilliputian parasites need going.

 

Well, some could say that's just media being media, a big bag of blarney, gossip, and innuendo to scrape for viewers...insofar as to what they're trying to accomplish for themselves amid a shriveling economy for non-officials and no-longer-necessary public payrollers.

 

Originally just for heroic-type public employees doing true public good on teeny salaries, there has been the Good Neighbor Next Door HUD program (e.g., http://www.shoprate.com/housing-for-heroes-special-home-ownership-programs.html , or http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/reo/goodn/gnndfaq.cfm ) which literally pays off those who "do the right thing" for their political leaders or "look the other way" while somebody else does it with the nicest homes of those "commoners" tossed out of society because they "were slackers".

 

Now really...what kind of any USA national or immigrant thereto expect for the future, when all so many media types and officials do is keep all opportunity to themselves and exhort all people on earth to be driving, eating, entertainment seekers under their respective leaders, funded as long as any government feels like it (with or without merit) and smacked down hard (with or without merit) when it please the "inner ring"?
