Sure are a lot of Courts these days which would make even nondenominational prayers at commencements, resulting from class balloting easily choosing such activity to occur, as if ANY nature of desire to have character and be able to treat all others with dignity were some kind of Crime Against Constitutional Purposes And Intents....or, perhaps, like those who run Judges in such Courts, the Courts themselves are just zealously helping fellow pols (who at least legislate Judicial pay and benefits) turn America into as many rows of cabbages as possible.
Anyway, ever notice that when it comes to religion and State, there are two things that not even the Supreme Court can sign into Judicial commands? To-wit, the things are: Order the Office of Faith-Based Initiatives to cease and desist permanently from so much as touching public money for anything; and, order government to cease and desist from stating that objective logical comparison of autonomous facts, for tension between purpose and result, is an abuse of "conscience" as can be barred in medicine, Churches and religious organizations with which government contracts, or otherwise?
There once was a funny little man in Germany who insisted the value of each person rested solely with him, and that it was summary capital-offense weakness to falter in his orders re final management of anyone he collectivized in any way, and he had no use for Courts; maybe Courts today just cravenly admire non-Judicial officials or private persons who are actually bringing these cases, and really it's such other ruthless souls bringing their own ouevers into Courts.
If Courts are just making legal doodles having no tether to religious issues not tethered to governmental or educational agendas (since most educators rely on governments for pay), fine; if they're caving to some "Triumph Des Willens" to make ruthlessness/depersonalization of any human's value or ethical subjectivity seem "normative", those pressing such agendas should show themselves in a more precise manner and take credit directly.
