For a minute, consider how few hospitals there are these days, so many re-developed into lofts or completely, into New Urban housing concentrations...indeed, in Cook and Lake Counties Illinois,  at present no new hospitals planned, but Cook County Hospital was re-named "John Stroger Hospital" (for a local officeholder, but makes it sound private), and in Lake County, ditto no new private docs, but at Grand near Green Bay in Waukegan the County health department has been and is building a big extension of itself; indeed, it's hard to see how in future there won't be socialized healthcare, State-run only. No wonder not all unemployed, say, could be eligible for education or re-training into health care jobs...and it DOES look like government will need a lot of your money back to run it.

So much for how Rahm and pals would see to care of a sedentary and perhaps "pet" population of window dressing for foreign opinion manipulating. It does appear that al-Qaeda host nations are the only allies against the world they need for "surgical strike silencing of those with cooties, but what then is all this DHS influence really all about, as a core concept?

Well, say you had a vision of a pet population you don't need to protect militarily, since it has no future strategic value (even if G20 nations struck, at what? No money truly sits in the New Urban housing so cheaply made, Fujita had to be downgraded to created weaker "EF" wind ratings, and soon may need an "EEEEEEEEEF" revision); nothing really grown or made here; world already gets by with ever-fewer USA consumers; etcetera.

What then would all Federal, State, and Local officials...able to spy on/detain anyone in a snap due to DHS NICC "co-ordinations"...have to begrudge each other? Say...how about Federal money distributions based on appearance of populations, and as Rahm Emmanuel determines same to be?

Like Bush, you could re-start bringing in immigrants and tell them they've hit jackpot gold, to be given housing and stuff until "racist nationalists" lose enough jobs for them to have, and when all the already-here immigrants and nationals who lost jobs and saw industry evaporate into MORE housing/housing conversions go away, and the next crop of people fails, just do what Obama's doing now. Then all you have to do is say presence of even illegal immigrants on Census Day, plus bare number of occupied/vacant property index numbers as one ever-builds, makes the ones with the most the most Congressionally influential; those States lose out will doubtless, in an Emmanuel mind, come around to the Obama way of "change" re losers...what CAN immigrants or nationals do about their predicaments?

Yes, imagine Rahm Emmanuel running the Census to ensure Illinois and Chicago are due more Congressional seats than the rest of you...if that comes to pass, no matter how you handle your own economic downturns people-wise, still, imagine all USA officials crawling to Daley for a decade at least, and all other nations too, with Daley holding "USA dollar as G20 IMF standard" purse strings.

In the meantime, might be a good idea to have plenty of visitors to Chicago and most of the nation; the more who come see and especially video that uber-building still continues, and that right now there probably aren't even enough people in Cook or Lake County alone to justify Census 2000 IL apportionments, the less easy it is for Emmanuel or anyone else to horde lingering world money power for themselves and entourage of orthodoxy necessaries.
