At this time, President Barack Obama is looking to fund SCHIP and similar healthcare agenda ephemera; most of the huge taxes coming this Fall (from those then still employed or in business, as long as it can last) will be diverted to same, which is probably why opportunity.gov says even if you have a State labor department letter you may not qualify for educational/re-training help, why Senator Burris (D-IL) believes we'll be needing to keep spying on everyday lives of everyone, and why nothing at all about CAUSES and GOVERNMENT REACTIONS will change as the economy relies less on individual earning power (despite occasional re-titlings of those still under surveillance nonetheless).

Again, anyone at all who reacts as media CLAIMS "only a rotten partisan Conservative with cooties" would is an "extremist" per DHS ( http://www.fas.org/irp/eprint/rightwing.pdf ), per noted report DHS WILL attempt influence of world and domestic opinion against the unhappy or even reasonably seeming unhappy, and as the other DHS report (  http://www.foxnews.com/projects/pdf/Leftwing_Extremist_Threat.pdf ) represents, this will go on at least another decade, and even anyone simply signing an e-petition could be suspicious as a "hacktivist" or re-titled same, further "of interest" they may later grow into a "right-wing extremist".

With all this in mind, that Obama and government give quaint titles like "SCHIP" so it can be sold as "for children only", even for those who get "informed" by TV or talk radio, does not necessarily blunt question as to why do we need a bazillion dollars to pay for it, and what about everyone else? That is, there is nothing so logically flowing in data as to label too much money for a saccharine-coated "for the chilllllddddrrrreeennnnnnnnnnn!!!!" that makes unquestioning acceptance of the Obama plan normative and questions "extremist", "racist", "anti-kids" (especially since tax cash will fund a ramp-up of pre- and even post-birth abortions and other euthanasias, while commanding doctors to use no consciences as actual White House policy).

Looking at how Congress voted down any power of Bankruptcy Courts to help the foreclosed, the White House re-thought government aid in favor of "hope" private industry will resolve foreclosures, not much return of the unemployed to anything, and a high-five from Obama at Georgetown as same's chief said we "must STAND UP TO the needs of the marginalized, the voiceless, the powerless" while covering the social justice-oriented Jesuit symbols only, it seems entirely possible that Obama healthcare plan IS nothing more than a conversion of all USA medicine and care into a sovereignly immune provision of the government alone.
