Although a lifelong student of religious philosophy, raised a Roman catholic in better days, and heavily involved in omni-cultural/social level/nation social justice matters including defense of faith, today's t-storm out of nowhere soaking to the bone by God (or His letting happen) was the final of final nails in His coffin of my trust He 'loves" me (or anyone really); a member of the Rosary Confraternity, I had even done my last Rosary for the week this morning, for the intentions of CUFI/Fr. Pacwa/John Paul II/Aish Ha Torah/et al, and you know what? The ONLY rain falling all day was were I needed to walk, and as I neared my destination God allowed me to get soaked to the bone for no discernible purpose...what, test faith AGAIN, millions times greater than JOB? he's taken my religion from me, Churches, businesses, places to get hired BY, and so forth, and always I was faithful and a MINISTER in His vineyard for the wealthy-middle class-poor across all racial/gender/origin lines, and active in ecumenical interfaith...and THIS on top of all the financial and personal hardships, and witness to so many others suffering so horribly, is His "signal grace" even? I asked today what if anything I had done, please let me know...just harder downpour the answer. At this point, I'm convinced God puts us all here, but as part of damnation for things we can't recall...probably why Christ said impossible for man to save himself despite any religion...so we can be shown false miracles to engender faith, as no matter how we pray and obey and do His prescribed will, we "pay extra for past life sins" via learning Satan IS our god from birth, as earth is staging area for perdition, and that God just annoys him via twisting us against him until we all meet him post mortem. Sure would explain the world of the last few decades and especially our modern global times, to boot....governments taking over clergies, pro-abortion religious, predestination of damnation Calvinism proclaimed by most Christian Churches, and so on. Wherefore, I am henceforth resigning from all things know to me that request me to assist a fool's errand in the name of a god who only lets stuff happen for his amusement and swatting at Satan, there never actually being a point to good works yadda yadda because that's also part of sorrow to "prep" people with before final perdition. Sounds more like a cruel and and vindictive god...come on, who's got more cash...the ones who obey secular power, get faith funding, or loser religious and clergy like me, Conservatives, Pentecostals, etc.?

 

Maybe the time has come to wipe away the notion any God(s) care WHAT we do, and look just to the will of political parties and secular laws to guide us, an inescapable world being run forever by Satan or just in nature that no God(s) ever do(es) being all we reallistically DO live in now and forever.
