From the agreement of social Liberals, it would seem about 1/7th of the money supply is actual USA currency in circulation, the rest of this "supply" being the value of Euros on some calculation simply by USA banks holding them in New Urbanism global investments ( assumed, as Al Gore and Europe insist the world must decelerate commercialism worldwide ), and in any event even Liberals agree the USA money supply appears to be 1/7th of all national debt ( http://economics.about.com/cs/money/a/money_supply.htm ); certainly, Europe, Canada, the USA, and even many African and other nations have been at New Urbanism for some time, with about the same apparent results everywhere ( http://www.citeulike.org/user/PhDTSU/article/3091192 ).

One can only wonder why for so long the UN has had a permanent panel on world migration as if THE global trade ( http://www.iom.int/ ), and why an appropriate fix for Mid East Muslims is migration to Europe, for Latinos migration to Canada and the USA, Africans to Europe, America, Canada, and all while folks like Chavez and bin Laden and Bashir solidify their influence with even Western leaders...coupled with international investment into "green" things like more houses, less cash flow, and fewer rights for peaceful Muslims due to foreign aid-supported Laden and Hamas types, for Latinos on fear they may be working with Mexican drug lords, and everyone else who might be "breaking bad" and throwing in with them...yes, these drug lords make uber-bank despite what YOU think about cash and credit flows.

No, you wouldn't give cigarettes to smokers, drinks to alcoholics, children to predators and molesters, but there must be some reason we have to draw down even homeland military bases, pay Laden types, let States keep decriminalizing racketeering and such (Illinois did that 15 years ago), and after doing bipartisan bailouts to not bankrupt ourselves 20 years from now, not bail any mere people or vary from green or we'll go bankrupt in 20 years. Ah! A reason for status quo! Enter the European Union, the French part inter alia of which just three months ago was singing the praises of Obama and his promises to bail out just like he did, which he wanted to do 'cause gosh darn it, during the campaign that's what Europe applauded...in fact, they even wanted to get together with him back then to re-do world currencies to make it work.

Turns out, despite vast European unpopularity of European Union President Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek ( http://www.eubusiness.com/news-eu/1237931221.94/view ), same finds the words Obama represented an icky threat to the Euro, and wants nothing to change USA money supply dynamics and global direction involving it ( http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,510445,00.html )...and WHO said Europe wanted to re-do currencies? Although sure not to increase Topolanek's popularity, our leaders jump on board.

On the evening of March 24, 2009, Obama held a news conference in which he said every RESPONSIBLE American has been taken care of with the mortgage fix, and thus it seems any gainsay is a lie (even http://www.cnn.com/2009/US/03/08/renters.foreclosure/ ); by absence of mention, one presumes every responsible American has a good job at good wages now, so as in how many times before, maybe we should wink at those working and infer "let us do this thing with the slackers, then there'll be credit and cash for the rest of us...and this is the last time, promise"; and of course Presidential Office Of Faith-Funded Initiative Church groups will sit pretty on government influence of finances, even if it's just a bit Calvinistic ( http://www.time.com/time/specials/packages/article/0,28804,1884779_1884782_1884760,00.html ) and limiting of religious expression, and there's likely good reason non-faith office groups have donors de-incentivized.

You can imagine the message it would send provoking Laden and the world by even allowing incentives to donate to the Quakers or Amish...guess the Hindu American Foundation can kiss that Congressionally-approved Diwali 2012 postage stamp goodbye, in that Diwali celebrates the superiority of good over evil, and Laden thinks even the evil are anointed by God to do their things...those government-appointed Maoist clergy are aiding world peace in slamming Hindus and India for their religion, it seems.

In sum, the  best way forward is to let everything become a habitrail policed by the "right" holy people, otherwise by shock police against "domestic deviants", let those actually in the circulation of hard currencies alone, and eat cake.
