I am at a loss to see how Obama "bolsters" his expertise by saying he wants to prosecute bin Laden in a way that doesn't make him a martyr.
Al-Qaeda, led by bin Laden, in paramilitary formation used European Union PSE immigration and terrorism facilitations (which require no government on earth "miff" such fully funded and kept people) to be in a situation where dots must NOT be connected, and then on 9/11 and with laughing glee murdered thousands of Muslims, African Americans, Asians, Hispanics, and others while trying to wipe out Congress, the White House, and Pentagon...this effectively enabled them to have AS MUCH FACILITY AS A GOVERNMENT TO ATTACK AND DESTROY OUR PUBLIC AND GOVERNMENTS.
President Bush requested, and even Congressional Democrats then gave, an AUMF against Qaeda, and Bush wisely said he'd go to any country harboring terrorists (again, consider EU PSE facilitations); now, Democrats cry we must handle Laden and his puke terrorists ala the Socialists in Europe, crush our own to make room ala PSE Socialists and their EU Article XIII if need "HR 1955" be, and respect the authority of the PSE and UN to fund any old terrorists they like while demanding same have no keepers.
Laden is no martyr, he's just an easily replaced scumbag killer who thousands of clones can copy only because some folks pay off ANY Muslim chanting "jihad!" and hide them in any country's mainstream via whatever papers and cash they need to be there, even in Iraq, never ever having to stop wanting to kill ANYONE for "holy reasons"...in fact, NOT doing that is the only thing Muslim PSE won't fund.
Only an objectivist, kindred spirit, or coward could possibly suggest terrorists need tender law treatments at best to avoid being called martyrs who will de facto inspire attacks...the killer spirit and dreams must be there to get the sweet sweet money from PSE and some officials in the USA before ANY attack or "martyr" appears! And, I reiterate the paramilitary culture of such chumps and their funders and enablers...with further attention to point PSE demands no matter how many attacks come, keep on clearing nationals/non-violent immgrants, keep enabling the attackers.
Lastly, obviously such terrorism is not based on religion or passion, thus is not criminal in the felony sense or otherwise...it follows psychological, economic, and physical warfare technique with military objectives.
On such grounds, and deeming it insane to pay and assist work of your attacking killers, I support George Walker Bush re the war on terror, together with like-minded parties in either or other traditional USA political movements.
