Back in Clinton's second term, the European Union already gave Islamic terrorists or those deemed susceptible to it homes, credit, cars, and so forth, as an alternative to trade sanctions or martial removal of those causing genocides, terrorism, or both in the Muslim world...which includes Africa and places like Darfur; Clinton and Democrats had a way of making folks offers they couldn't refuse to clone that European sentiment, and themselves already pursued a similar tack with Latin dictators and bad economic managers as a way to at least get gas at $1.85 a gallon or cheaper (BRAC full steam ahead, strategic supply certainly wasn't the then concern); all that happened in the wake of such growing treatment of Muslim extremists and those open to them was 9/11...accomplished by men you couldn't tell from the next guy, since they were nattily attired and had appearance of mainstream lives in the USA, not in sandals, a turban, camouflage pants, and a death to America T-shirt from behind a rock.

 

Since 2001, the European Union has only accelerated its offers to extremists and those open to them, and swatted at Bush and others for wanting to rid Darfur of Janjaweed, ridding Iraq of Hussein, wanting to rid the world of Qaeda, containing mobilities of Hamas and Qadaffi, and so forth; today, Democrats want to return to their status quo ante of no military and treating terrorists and threats and those who kill their own sweet money and peace within the USA...no matter how many WTC-type pipe bombings may happen, Israelis murdered, what have you...stressed out terror tykes just need validation, and Democrats can ensure they'll not be bothered here.

 

If I were a trier of fact empanelled on any jury: presented with facts European Union and USA officials offer all Muslim terrorists and those expressing interest in it big money, I could not find conclusion BUSH is creating a thousand bin Ladens or himself exposing our troops to needless IED and other deaths; I could not conclude Bush is persecuting the Muslim faith at-large, but could conclude he's just making monitoring of those enabled by the European Union or by clone USA apers thereof (or both) a prime and logical routine re the AUMF against Muslim terrorists; and I would be at a loss to conclude that participating in the status quo ante, further adding Democrat HR 1955 and 287g to lean on affected re-arrangeable USA nationals including non-violent Muslims and non-Muslim immigrants, is in the economic or strategic security of the USA or those forced to leave their countries by threats or poor management or both.
