One certainly sees where some get the idea there are officials out there, regardless of party or independency, who believe the sole current and near future purpose of USA governments is to act in the nature of sheep herders being subsidized via salaries to not grow their people any more.

This ID card philosophy is another example of fake litmus test, amid a backdrop pastiche of bills and treaties which regardless of USA population composition (including legal and illegal immigrants) would enact States and Cities as sole arbiters of who is "critical" to even live in their areas regardless of birth nation, States and Cities as case-by-case arbiters of what they believe sounds in possible terroristic talk including mere request for vote re-counts as if to do so shows Laden-like disdain for apostates, deliver up taxation and resources of the USA without quid pro quo, and end expectancy of more than public housing, public healthcare, and a casino economy as a "way out".

The voices that bring us such pastiche now would have us believe we are un-American or non-compassionate to immigrants even such voices don't want as citizens; now, such voices thirst and drool for all immigrant voices and world populations to turn against Bush, Conservatives, or both, so there's got to be a trick in there somewhere.

The only thing plausible seems to be to now propose allowing subprime and other credit through State- and Federally- originated facility to ALL FOREIGN BORN PEOPLE without care or concern to origin or background or association, on codicil that no foreign person who then cannot get more credit can just skip the country or otherwise act as if "diplomatically immune"; of course, the mix of natives and legal immigrants and naturalized can just be held at bay lest they be "of interest" just for noticing.

Well, that sounds good for subprime and New Urban developers, but very, very bad for the national debt, ability of even ID card foreigners to spend more than on what they're handed (old-style housing project mentality), and for jobs and farming, as to offer to all earth's comers, literally all land must be turned into housing...no wonder just government/County hospitals are all some think we need.

Oh, and if a terrorist or drug ring or mafia or whatever or combinations thereof should spring up around all this? Well, "cha-ching!!!" is a very deafening sound to some, and apparently they have a plan which includes it likely could or will happen, but in their minds you just rebuild, apologize to whoever hits from abroad, and try from who's next.

There is no litmus test in supporting or opposing relevant ID legislation, in terms of who likes immigrants better between Republicans and Democrats; but there IS a litmus test in supporting or opposing bewteen those PROPOSING it and those opposing it: notice that with or without the ID card, the proposer's game is still to diminish standards and expectations of everyone here, and if you get a "cool house for free" and can leave and go back to your own nation when the party's over...even if you supposedly came here because it was so optionless where you were, or you're just a drug dealer or white slaver/child seller at least spending in a State casino or something.

It looks to me as if the relevant ID proposal is in derogation of the Constitution, and of national security, in that it further intends persons not even deemed fit because they ARE self-declared Qaedans would be eligible for such ID and all emoluments thereto obtaining.
